■ Pre-load each pair to the designated wiring

scheme.

■ Trim flush excess wires.

■ The termination is finished once the wings are

firmly locked in place.

■ Check the termination condition of each

conductor by visual inspection.

■ Reeve the cable through the wire cap.

■ Then strip the cable jacket about 30mm.

Installation Instructions

■ Spread each pair and cut off the filler (if any).

■ Load the wired cap to the keystone jack.

■ Evenly press the wings towards to each other.

■ Wrap the cable tie around the holder neck to

enhance the strain relief of cable back feeding

force.

■ Cut of the excess - DONE!

1. Only suitable for cable O.D. smaller than 6.00mm. Insulated conductors have to be smaller than 1.00mm as well.

2. Excess wires need to be sharply trim flush along each side of the cap. Failure to do so might result in improper termination.

3. If any conductors bigger than 0.6mm(23AWG) have been terminated, reversal of smaller conductors is no longer possible.

4. In order to facilitate fingers termination(tool-less), the tensile of contacts have to be adjusted. As a result, only durability less than 30 times termination

can be guaranteed, please note.
