The Vello OCS-FAC/
OCS-FAN is a flexible
rod with an integrated
TTL cable that mounts
directly to your camera’s
hot shoe. Ideal for macro
and portrait photography,
it allows photographers
of all levels to experiment
with flash angles while
maintaining all of the TTL flash
functionality of the camera.
The TTL rod sets your flash
o-camera and enables you
to achieve a more natural
or dramatic look. It also
reduces the harsh shadows
of a direct, on-camera flash
as well as the possibility of
red-eye when shooting in
dim light. The gooseneck
design of this TTL rod makes
it possible to be creative
with flash angles either from
above or the side. But once
you’ve decided on an angle,
the sturdy metal construction
assures that your flash will
stay in place while you shoot.
