included with other general waste at the end of its working life. The user must take the worn product to a sorted
waste center, or return it to the retailer when purchasing a new one. Products for disposal can be consigned
free of charge (without any new purchase obligation) to retailers with a sales area of at least 400 m

Lettore elettronico NFC/RFID di carte a transponder per l’installazione all’interno della
stanza, dedicato alle Soluzioni Elettroniche CISA per Hotel, tasca verticale, 1 uscita a relè
10 A 230 V~ N.O. (NON SELV), 1 uscita a relè 4 A 230 V~ N.O. (NON SELV), alimentazione
120-230 V~ 50/60 Hz, illuminazione della tasca per individuazione al buio - 3 moduli.
Il dispositivo, dedicato alle , riconosce la presenza in camera Soluzioni Elettroniche CISA per Hotel
del cliente (GUEST) o del personale di servizio (STAFF) a seconda della carta a transponder CISA di
accesso alla stanza. Il lettore è quindi in grado di controllare in modo differenziato le sue due uscite a
relè connesse all’impianto elettrico della stanza.

FUNZIONAMENTO.
Il lettore è in grado di identificare la presenza di carte a transponder e distinguere le varie tipologie di
utenza previste dal sistema CISA per Hotel:
• GUEST card: ospite, cliente.
• STAFF card: personale di servizio della struttura.
Il diverso pilotaggio dei due relè per l’attivazione differenziata delle utenze elettriche di stanza è legato
alla tipologia di card di utenza inserita, ossia:
- Al riconoscimento di una card si attivano i eGUEST Relè 1 2.
- Al riconoscimento di una card STAFF si attiva solo il Relè 1.
Alla rimozione delle card o GUEST STAFF inserite i/il relè vengono disattivati dopo un tempo di cortesia
pari a 50 s per consentire una comoda uscita dal locale.
CONFIGURAZIONE AGGIUNTIVA (opzionale).
L’eventuale configurazione del lettore permette di limitare l’attivazione dei relè alle sole card GUEST o
STAFF valide per impianto e stanza all’interno dei quali il lettore è installato.
Questa configurazione avviene mediante l’utilizzo della stessa card CISA di SERVICE-INIT utilizzata per
configurare la serratura elettronica CISA di accesso alla stanza. L’inserimento della card di configura-
zione SERVICE-INIT genera una segnalazione acustica del buzzer integrato e non provoca l’attivazione
di alcuno dei due relè. Per tutti i dettagli si faccia riferimento al manuale istruzioni della soluzione CISA
per Hotel utilizzata.
Le SERVICE-INIT card possono essere codificate esclusivamente su supporti CT4 oppure DesFire
EV3; una codificata su DesFire EV3 configura il lettore in modo tale da riconoscere SERVICE-INIT
GUEST o STAFF card solo se codificate su supporti DesFire EV3 e DesFire Light.
È possibile resettare il dispositivo, riportandolo alle condizioni di default, presentando nuovamente la
SERVICE-INIT card nei primi 5 s di avvio del lettore.
REGOLE DI INSTALLAZIONE.
• L’installazione deve essere effettuata da personale qualificato con l’osservanza delle disposizioni
regolanti l’installazione del materiale elettrico in vigore nel paese dove i prodotti sono installati.
• Collegare l’apparecchio come indicato in figura. Il circuito del relè R1 deve essere protetto contro i
sovraccarichi da un dispositivo, fusibile o interruttore automatico, con corrente nominale non supe-
riore a 10 A. Il circuito del relè R2 deve essere protetto da un fusibile ritardato con corrente nominale
non superiore a 4 A. I fusibili devono avere un potere di interruzione di almeno 1500 A.

to CISA Electronic Solutions for Hotels, vertical pocket, 1 relay output 10 A 230 V~ N.O.
(NON SELV), 1 relay output 4 A 230 V~ N.O. (NON SELV), power supply 120-230 V~ 50/60
Hz, pocket lighting for location in the dark - 3 modules.
The device, dedicated to , recognizes the presence of a guest CISA Electronic Solutions for Hotels
(GUEST) or staff (STAFF) in the room depending on the CISA transponder card for access to the
room. The reader can thus in different ways control its two relay outputs connected to the room’s
electrical system.
FEATURES.
• Supply voltage: 120-230 V~, 50/60 Hz.
• Maximum power absorbed by the network: 1 VA.
• RFID technology @ 13.56 MHz, ISO14443B / Mifare ISO14443A standard, including DesFire EV3
and DesFire Light, NFC ready.
• Terminals:
- L and N for the power supply.
- Relay 1: terminal 1 as output of the NO contact (non-dry), internally connected to the power supply
terminal L, 10 A 230 V~.
- Relay 2: NO and C terminals (dry, non-SELV), 4 A 230 V~.
• Frequency range 13,553-13,567 MHz
• RF transmission power: < 60 dBμA/m
• Operating temperature: 0°C to +40°C (indoor use).
• Protection class: IP20.

OPERATION.
The reader is able to identify and distinguish the presence of transponder cards associated with the
types of users provided for by the CISA Hotel system:
• GUEST card: guest, customer.
• STAFF card: facility service staff.
The different control of the two relays for the differentiated activation of the electrical users in the room
is linked to the type of user card inserted:
- Upon recognition of the card and are activated.GUEST Relays 1 2
- Upon recognition of the STAFF card only is activated.Relay 1
On removing the or GUEST STAFF cards, the relay(s) are deactivated after a 50 s courtesy time to
permit easily exiting the room.
ADDITIONAL CONFIGURATION (optional).
The possible configuration of the reader allows the activation of the relays to be limited only to GUEST
or STAFF cards valid for the system and room within which the reader is installed.
This configuration occurs through the use of the same CISA SERVICE-INIT card used to configure the
CISA electronic lock for room access. The insertion of the configuration card generates SERVICE-INIT
an acoustic signal from the integrated buzzer and does not trigger the activation of either of the two
relays. Please refer to the CISA Hotel solution instructions manual for all the details.
SERVICE-INIT cards can only be encoded on CT4 or DesFire EV3 media; a card SERVICE-INIT
encoded on DesFire EV3 configures the reader to recognise GUEST or STAFF cards only if encoded
on DesFire EV3 and DesFire Light media.
The device can be reset, returning it to its default conditions, by presenting the card SERVICE-INIT
again within the first 5 seconds of the reader’s start-up.
INSTALLATION RULES.
• Installation should be carried out by qualified personnel in compliance with the current regulations
regarding the installation of electrical equipment in the country where the products are installed.
• Connect the appliance as indicated in the figure. The circuit of relay R1 must be protected against
overloads by a device, fuse or circuit breaker, with a rated current no greater than 10 A. The circuit
of relay R2 must be protected by a delayed fuse with rated current no greater than 4 A. The fuses
must have a breaking capacity of at least 1500 A.
