Digitale Huidplooimeter - Vet Percentagemeter

Sluit de scharen, druk op de “ZERO” schakelaar om
het nulpunt in te stellen. Zie guur 1.
De huid die u gaat gebruiken met de Digitale
huidplooimeter is de vet op uw buik (ongeveer
2.5 cm boven uw rechter heup).
Al staand, knijp de huidplooien op uw heup stevig
tussen uw linker duim en wijsvinger, zie guur 2.
Plaats de scharen van de Digitale huidplooimeter
– Vetpercentagemeter om de huidplooi,
terwijl u uw huidplooi met uw linkerhand blijft
vasthouden, zie guur 3.
Druk de scharen tot uw een lichte pijn voelt. Druk
op de “HOLD” -schakelaar om de meting vast te
leggen. Na het lezen van uw meting, druk op de
“HOLD” -schakelaar om verder te gaan. Herhaal dit
proces drie keer en gebruik het gemiddelde als
uw meting. Raadpleeg de Lichaamsvet indicatie
tabel om uw lichaamsvetpercentage te bepalen
en wat het betekent. Zie guur 4.
