*Standard Ground Shipping is Free during warranty coverage with product registration. Standard shipping fees will apply to non-warranty repairs.

**Once service is authorized, Vornado will repair and ship your product within 24 hours. If there is a service fee, we will arrange quick payment with you in order to expedite

the return of your product. Payment must be received before shipment.
