Place coffee strainer inside
TC-6H or TC-7H, wrapping the
elastic edges over the top of the
container to keep in position.
1 Reusable Toddy Nylon
Strainer
1 Toddy Commercial Paper Filter
(one time use)
Instructions
What you will need
1
Slowly pour 1
gallon of water in
a circular motion
over the coffee
grounds making
sure grounds are
evenly saturated.
Tie the paper filter closed
with a string at the top,
leaving room for coffee
grounds to expand.
Put the lid on
and steep for
12-16 hours.
Take lid off and lift up the coffee
strainer with the paper filter and
coffee, letting coffee drain into
the TC-6H or TC-7H completely.
Discard the paper
filter and ground
coffee, but keep
the coffee strainer
as it is reusable.
Approximately 2.5 gallons of
concentrate will be in the container.
Add water to the coffee concentrate
per your recipe and serve over ice.
4 Gallons fresh ltered water
ambient temp
5 Pounds medium to
dark coee, coarsely ground
Pour the remaining 3
gallons of water over
the paper filter with
the coffee in it.

Place the
paper filter
inside nylon
coffee strainer.

Carefully put 5 lbs of ground
coffee in the paper filter.
