1. Cautions

The software versionand pictures in this document are justfor reference

only.Please useZTE handsetsupportwebsite providedversionto download

software.

1)Download theupgrade package.

Open http://www.ztedevice.com.cn/support and download the upgrade

package (update.zip) thatmatches your phonemodel. Ifthe downloaded

package isnot,unzipthe packagetoobtain it.update.zip

Ensure thatyourmicro SDcard is atleast 2GB.

NotePleaserefer toour currentversiondownload size：.

2)Remove theSIM cardbefore upgrade.

3)BackupyourdataandAPPs in yourphonebefore upgrade.Youcan use third-part

backup apps.

4)Verify that thefile intheroot directory oftheSD card matches theupdate.zip

model of the phone. Do not modify the file name and extension name of the files

in theupgrade package.

5)Verify that yourphone has enough (atleast 40%) power. Charge the phone if

required. To avoid data lost orupgrade failure,it isnot recommended toupgrade

your phone throughanSD cardwhenthephone is beingcharged.

6)Youshould notperformany other operation on the phoneduring the upgrade

process.

7)Anormal upgrade shouldbe completedin about4 minutes. If itfails,please try

again.Any questionyou cancontact theafter-sale center to getsupport.

1) Downloadthe upgrade packagethatmatchesthe phonemodelfrom ZTE

official website(http://www.ztedevice.com.cn/support/),extractupdate.zip
