Application:
1. Loosen the screws of the
wall-mounted switch plate.
2. Place part A on the wall-mounted
switch plate and tighten it with
the screws that were previously
removed.
3.Set the switch to the desired position
(On or Off).
5. Insert a padlock through the hole
that is on the lower side of the
wall-mounted switch lockout
and lock it.
4. Attach part B from above onto part A.
