Limited Factory Warranty 
AFX Inc. hereby warranty that this xture is free from defects in materials and workmanship when installed and used under normal operating conditions for a period of 5 years 
from date of shipment from factory. This warranty covers all component parts and extends only to replacement of defective xture or components; it does not cover failure due 
to improper installation, misuse, mishandling or damage incurred in transit. 
Safety Precautions 
  Read all safety precautions and installation instructions carefully before installing or servicing this xture. Failure to comply with these instructions could result in potentially fatal 
electric shock and/or property damage. 
  It is recommended that a qualied electrician perform all wiring. This xture must be wired in accordance with all national and local electrical codes. 
  Do not handle any energized xture or attempt to energize any xture with wet hands or while standing on a wet or damp surface or in water. 
  This xture is designed for use in a 120-277 it. The xture is compatible with Triac (forward-VAC, 60Hz fused circu phase or leading edge) / ELV (reverse phase or trailing edge) and 
0-10 V dimmers. Make sure that the power source conforms to the requirements of the xture. (See labels on the xture housing).  
  To reduce the risk of electrical shock, and to assure proper operation, this xture must be adequately grounded. To accomplish proper grounding, there must be a separate ground 
wire (green) contact between this xture and the ground connection of your main power supply panel.  
  This xture is intended to be used for general  door lighting in   locations.in dry or damp

Any modications to this xture may void the warranty and interfere with the safe operation of the luminaire.  
Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) this device may not cause interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference, including interference that may 
cause undesired operation of the device.
Assembly Instructions   
1. Preparing for installation. 
A.  Disconnect electrical power  vicing any part of this xture before installing or ser
B.  Remove fixture from carton; remove components   hardware kit. from
C.  Install  -27 threaded stem (3 mounting bracket 1/8 ) to  (1), allow appropriately 0.75” to 
protrude above the bracket then use hex nut (4) to secure it.  
D.  Install mounting bracket (1) to the junction box (not included) with two screws (2). 
2. Wiring. 
All wiring must take place inside junction  Caution:box.     Make sure power is o at fuse or 
circuit breaker box. Check power wires for damage or scrapes.  If the power supply wires are 
within three inches of the LED  v  use  wire suitable for at least 90°  Most dri er, a  C (194F). Note:
dwellings built before  °C. Consult a qualied electrician before 1985 have supply wire rated to 60
installing. 
A.  This unit will not operate properly unless connected to a “grounded” electrical circuit. 
Electrical shock, over heating, low or no light output, and shortened LED life can result if 
proper grounding is not done. Securely attach power source ground wire and xture 
copper ground wire to green ground screw on mounting bracket. 
B.  Make all wire connections to appropriate wire. Secure with wire nuts (provided). 
C.  . For none-dimming xture Connect white xture lead to white (N) wire from supply 
power source. Connect black fixture lead to black (L) wire from supply power source. 
Gray and purple wires are not to be used and must be individually capped to prevent 
shorting. 
D.  . For Triac dimming xture Connect white xture lead to white (N) wire from supply 
power source. Connect black fixture lead to black (L) wire from dimmer supply power 
source. Gray and purple wires are not to be used and must be individually capped to 
prevent shorting. 
E.  . For  -10V) dimming xture(0 Connect gray wire from the xture to the dimmer source 
gray wire. Connect purple wire from the xture to the dimmer source purple wire. Connect 
white xture lead to white (N) wire from supply power source. Connect black xture lead 
to black (L) wire from dimmer supply power source. 
F.  Do not mix wires. Pull on each wire lead to make sure connections are secure. Make 
certain no bare wires are exposed outside of wire connectors. Tuck all connections neatly into junction box. 
3. Back pan mounting. 
A.  Install back pan (5 to mounting bracket by aligning center hole to threaded stem (3), using nial  ) to secure it. )  (6
4. Color Changing Temperature Adjustment, CCT (if desired). 
A.  Adjust the two switches as a pair on both boards accordingly to the desired color temperature as seen below.   Fixture is preset to 3500K from factory. Note:
5. Diuser mounting. 
A.  Install diuser (8) to the xture  sliding bottom edge into bottom cli   using thumb screw (10) to secure it. by  p (7) then slide top clip (9) over top edge of diffuser, 
6. Power to the xture can now be restored.
