   Important Safety Instructions
                            Warning: To prevent fire or shock hazard, do not expose the unit to rain or moisture.
                         To avoid electrical shock, do not dismantle. Refer all servicing to qualified service personnel.
                       1. Please read all of the instructions carefully and retain for future reference.
                     2. When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed.
                           3. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical,
     sensory or mental capa                    bilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been
                         given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for
 their safety.
                                 4. This product is not a toy! Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play
   with the appliance.
                           5. Any repairs must be done by qualified service personnel. There are no user-serviceable parts
             inside. Do not attempt to repair by yourself.
                   6. Keep the unit away from sharp edges that could c  ause damage.
                           7. Keep the unit free from dust and away from heat sources, direct sunlight, humidity,
     water or other liquids.
                   8. Do not immerse the unit in water or other liquids.
                                   9. Do not operate the unit if it has been exposed to water, moisture or any other liquid in
                         order to prevent electric shock, explosion and/or injury to yourself and damage to the
unit.
                       10. Do not use the unit for anything other than its intended use.
                       11. Do not store the unit in direct sunlight or in high humidi  ty conditions.
                     12. Do not insert foreign objects into any opening on the unit.
                               13. Do not play music at excessive volume levels as this can cause hearing loss or damage
 the unit.
                               14. Unplug the adaptor after the unit has been used, before it is cleaned and whilst being
repaired.
             15. Keep the unit away from flammable materials.
   Battery Instructions
                     1. Replace with batteries of the same or equivalent type as recommended.
           2. Ensure correct polarity when inserting batteries.
 3. Do                        not expose batteries to excessive heat sources such as fire and direct sunlight.
                                     4. Remove any batteries from the unit when it is not being used for a long period of time to
 avoid leakage.
             5. Keep batteries out of reach of children.
                 6. Rechargeable batteries should only be charged under adult supervision.
                         7. Do not throw in fire, crush, puncture, dismantle or otherwise damage the batteries.
                       8. Do not expose batteries to heat or fire as they may explode.
         9. Do not dispose of batter                  ies in your household waste. Contact your local council for
       information on disposal or recycling.

   Charging the Speaker
Charge the speaker fully before using it for the first me.
                               Connect the small end of the USB charging cable (included) to the DC5V Charging Port on the
                               speaker. Connect the larger end of the cable to a suitable AC adaptor (not included). The LED
         indicator lights up red when charging.
                         Once fully charged, the red LED will turn off. Remove the charging cable promptly.
                                Note: When battery is low, there is an audio indicator. Please charge the speaker as soon as possible.
     Turning the Speaker On/Off
                         Press and hold ‘Power’ Button for around 2 secondsto turn on/turn off the speaker.
 Bluetooth Operation
                           Make sure that the speaker is located wi thin the Bluetooth range of 10 met e     r s from the
     Bluetooth enabled device.
             Press ‘M’ Button to switch to Bluetooth mode.
                   Enable Bluetooth function on your Bluetooth enabled smartphone, tablet or media
                       player; navigate to the Bluetooth setting menu, and search for new devices. The
                         Bluetooth name for this speaker is ‘Aiwa ABT-160’. You will hear an audio indicator
     when pairing is successful.
                         Press and release ‘–‘ or ‘+’ Button to play the previous or next song.
                       Press and hold ‘–‘ or ‘+’ Button to reduce or increase the volume.
   Answering phone calls
                           Press ‘Play/Pause’ Button to pick up a call under Bluetooth mode; press it again to
   cancel the call.
                 Press and hold ‘M’ Button to disconnect the Bluetooth function.
         Double-click ‘Play/Pause’ Button to hang up.
                              Note: Unit will be powered off automatically if there is no input under Bluetooth mode within 10
minutes.
   FM Radio Operation
           Insert the AUX cable as an antenna.
             Press ‘M’ Button to switch to FM mode.
               Press and release ‘Play/Pause’ Button to start auto scan.
   Press and rel                    ease ‘Play/Pause’ Button again to save a channel under auto scan.
                         Press and release ‘–‘ or ‘+’ Button to select the previous or next channel.
                       Press and hold ‘–‘ or ‘+’ Button to reduce or increase the volume.

 USB/microSD Operation
                           Insert a USB or microSD memory device into the corresponding slot to play mp3 files
automatically.
                   Press and release ‘Play/Pause’ Button to pause or play the music.
                             During music playing, press and release ‘–‘ or ‘+’ Button to play the previous or next
song.
                           During music playing, press and hold ‘–‘ or ‘+’ Button to reduce or increase the
volume.
                            Important: To avoid damaging the USB/microSD device, do not take it out while music is being
   played from it.
     Auxiliary Line-in (AUX) Operation
                         Use the provided 3.5mm auxiliary audio cable to connect your external device’s (e.g. mp3
                   player) ‘Line Out’ port to the ‘AUX’ port on the speaker.
             Press ‘M’ Button to switch to AUX mode.
             Turn on your external device and start playback.
   LED Lighting Function
                     Press and release the ‘Light’ Button to turn on the LED lighting.
                         Press and release the ‘Light’ Button repeatedly until the desired lighting mode is selected.
       There are 3 lighting modes:
 -Rh             ythm: Lighting changes with the music being played.
       - Lighting changes colour automatically.Breathe:
         - Lighting remains in one colour.Fixed:

It takes approx. 3-4 hours to completely charge the product.
Baery run me: around 2.5 hours (at 80% volume)
Reset funcon
If in any case, the speaker buons are not funconing properly, you can try reseng the speaker.
Use a small non-metallic object to press the Reset Buon inside the AUX input port of the 
speaker to restart it.
