DOUBLE BEATER
Assembly
Fit the whisking bowl and the whisks onto the
machine, g. 1-3. Switch between balloon
whisks and pastry whisks, g. 6-7.
Use
The whisk is intended for whisking 100 -800
ml (3.5-27 oz.) cream, 2-20 egg whites, 0.5-
2.5 litres (0.5-2.5 quarts) pancake batter or
1-3 batches of sponge mix. The pastry whisk
is intended for pastry, e.g. shortcrust pastry,
for small quantities of pie pastry or pizza
dough, or for icing/frosting, 4-5.
Cleaning
Wash the whisks by hand. The whisking bowl
is dishwasher safe.

Montera vispskålen och visparna på maski-
nen, bild 1-3. Byt mellan ballongvispar och
mördegsvispar, bild 6-7.
Användning
Vispen är avsedd för vispning av grädde
1-8 dl, äggvitor 2-20 st, pannkakssmet
0,5-2,5 liter eller sockerkakssmet 1-3 satser.
Mördegsvispen är avsedd för kakdeg exem-
pelvis mördeg, till mindre kvantiteter paj- och
pizzadeg eller glasyr/frosting, 4-5.
Rengöring
Diska visparna för hand. Vispskålen kan
maskindiskas.
