PASTA ROLLER LASAGNE
Preparation s
Prepare your pasta dough using the dough
roller and dough knife. Pour 350 g (12 oz.)
durum wheat our into the bowl and run the
machine on low speed, adding 2 large eggs
as it mixes. Lock the dough roller 1-2 cm
from the edge of the bowl and knead until the
dough is smooth, around 5 minutes. Knead
the dough by hand on a oured work surface.
Add a little lukewarm water if the dough
seems dry or crumbly. Shape the dough into
a ball and allow it to rest. Cover it to prevent
it drying out.
As sembly
Attach the roller to the machine’s drive
socket, g. 1-5. Remember that the rst por-
tion of dough is used to clean the attachment
and must therefore be discarded. Begin by
feeding the dough through size 6 and then
gradually reduce the size until you reach the
thickness you require, g. 6-7. Repeat the
feeding-through process 6-7 times per thick-
ness. Fold the pasta dough double before
each new feed-through. If you wish you can
cut the sheet s of pasta using the fett uccine or
tagliatelle roller.
Use
Only pasta dough may be used with the pasta
roller. Never st ick your ngers or any objects
into the roller. Never lean over the roller while
the machine is running.
Cleaning
Clean the roller using a ne brush or a soft
cloth, though never during operation. The
roller should never be washed or submerged
in water, as this may cause it to rust.

PASTAVALS LASAGNE
Förberedelser
Förbered din pastadeg med degrulle och
degkniv. Häll 350 g durumvetemjöl i kitteln
och kör maskinen på låg hastighet samtidigt
som du tillsätter 2 stora ägg. Lås degrullen
1-2 cm från kittelns kant och knåda tills de-
gen är smidig, cirka 5 minuter. Arbeta degen
för hand på mjölad arbet sbänk. Tillsätt lite
ljummet vatten om degen är torr och smulig.
Forma den färdiga degen till en boll och låt
den vila övertäckt så den inte torkar.
Montering
Montera valsen på maskinens drivutt ag,
bild 1-5. Tänk på att den första delen deg
används för att rengöra tillbehöret och därför
bör slängas. Börja att mata degen igenom
storlek 6 och minska successivt tjockleken till
önskad tjocklek uppnåts, bild 6-7. Upprepa
matningen 6-7 gånger per tjocklek. Vik
pastadegen dubbel inför varje ny matning.
Om du önskar, skär pastaskivorna med fet-
tuccine- eller tagliatellevalsen.
Användning
Endast pastadeg får användas till pastav-
alsen. Stoppa aldrig ngrar eller främmande
föremål i valsen. Luta dig aldrig över valsen
när maskinen är igång.
Rengöring
Rengör valsen med en n borste eller mjuk
trasa, dock aldrig under drift. Valsen får aldrig
rengöras eller nedsänkas i vatten eftersom de
då kan rosta.
