Please read theentire instruction manual before using theproduct 
and then save it for future reference. We reserve theright for any

Safety
•  Thecooler box is intended for indoor use or under asheltered 
roof protected from rain and direct sunlight.
•  Thecooler box is designed for temporary use only and not for 
continuous operation.
•  Do not sit on thecooler box.
•  Do not place any objects on thebox so that thefan vent is blocked.
•  Always guarantee afree flow of air around thecooler box 
housing during operation.
•  Never cover thecooler box during use.
•  Always place thecooler box on aflat, stable surface.
•  Do not subject thecooler box to knock and blows.
•  Do not attempt to open thehousing of the cooler box or modify it 
in any way.
•  All repairs must only be carried out by qualified service technicians.
Buttons and functions Note:
•  Turn thecooler box off and let it rest for 5 min before switching 
between hot and cold functions.
•  Thefan is used for automatic temperature regulation whenever 
theheat function is activated.
Care and maintenance
•  Always make sure thecooler box is turned off and unplugged 
before cleaning.
•  Never pour water directly into thecooler box during cleaning. 
Wipe theinterior and exterior of thewith adamp cloth. Use only 
mild cleaning agents, never solvents or corrosive chemicals.
•  Turn off thecooler box and pull its lead from both thebox and 12V 
socket or power adaptor when not in use. Unplug any power 
lead from thewall outlet, if used.
•  Once cleaned, the cooler box should be stored in adry,  
dust-free environment and out of children’s reach.
Replacing the fuse
The12 V plug also doubles as afuse holder. Changing procedure:

Thecooler box 
won’t turn on.
•  Make sure that thepower lead is whole, 
undamaged and properly connected to 
the12 V socket.
•  Check that the12 V socket is live.
•  Check thefuse status in thecooler box  
12 V plug. Change if necessary,  
see the  section above.Changing thefuse
Thecooler box 
has anautomatic 
fan for temperature 
regulation.
•  Theautomatic fan may turn on and off 
sporadically in order to maintain proper 
temperature. This is completely normal.

Operating instructions
Note: 
•  Connecting thecooler box to 230 V mains will require 
acompatible power adaptor e.g. Art.no 31-1567.
•  TheLED display only displays anapproximate internal temperature. 
Many factors can influence thebox’s internal temperature such 
as ambient temperature, theamount packed and themethod  
of packing.
1.  Connect thecooler box to a12 V socket.
2.  Select theheat   or cooling  , function using (HOT) (COLD)
thefunction switch on thecontrol panel. Single LED indicators sit 
above each of thetwo functions. Green = COLD, red = HOT.
3.  Turn theselector switch to   to turn thecooler box off.OFF
1.  Unscrew thetip of 
theplug where thefuse 
holder is located.
2.  Pull out thefuse holder  
and replace thedamaged fuse 
(8 A, 6×32 mm).
3.  Screw thefuse holder back into place to complete 
theprocedure.
