1. Create your My Chacon account
1. Download the free My Chacon app from the iOS App Store, or from Google
Play for Android.
2. Create an account by following the instructions in the app.
Note:
The Chacon Wi-Fi timer socket is also compatible with the DiO one app, so you
can use that App instead of My Chacon.
2. Plug it into your Wi-Fi network
1. In the application, select “My devices”, click “+” and than select the "Plug"
device”.
2. Plug in the Chacon plug into the main plug and press the plug pairing button
during 3 seconds, the LED indicator flashes red.
3. Within 3 minutes, click “Install the Wi-Fi device” in the app.
4. Follow the installation wizard in the application.
Note:
If the automatic Wi-Fi installation fails, please use the Alternative mode method
to add the device to the application. Check your app for more info.
In case the Wi-Fi network or password changed, press the pairing button 3
seconds and in the app press long in the device icon. Then follow the
instruction in the application to update the Wi-Fi.
If you want to use the device in another account, please perform a factory reset
(see paragraph 4).
3. Install your device
1. Plug your lamp or device into the Chacon timer plug plug.
2. Set the device switch to “On”.
4 Luminous states of the plug
• Off or steady blue: Socket off/on
• Medium red flashing: Regular configuration procedure, pending
• Fast red flashing: Regular configuration procedure, in progress
• Very slow red flashing: Alternate configuration procedure, pending
• Medium red flashing: Alternate configuration procedure, in progress
• Steady red: Configured, cannot reach Wi-Fi- Blue flashing: Configured, cannot
reach the Cloud
• Fast blue flashing: Firmware update - Violet flashing: Press long enough for a
factory reset
• Fast red flashing: Factory reset in progress
5. Resetting the plug
To reset the plug to its factory settings:
1. Press the button on the plug and hold for at least seven seconds.
2. Ensure the led blinks in purple before releasing the button.
3. When released, the led blinks red for a short time to confirm the reset was
done.
6. Use
With your smartphone via the My Chacon app:
• Switch on or off from anywhere
• Create a programmable timer: set to the exact minute and select the day(s) of
the week, with a one-off or repeated timer.
• Create a countdown the plug switches off automatically after the allotted time.
• Simulate a presence in your home when you are away
Voice control:
Control your device or lighting with your voice by combining the Chacon plug
with your Google Home or Amazon Alexa smart speaker. On the Google Home
or Alexa application, download the One 4 All skill.
On the plug:
Enable/disable the plug by pressing the button on it once.
7. Troubleshooting
The plug does not appear on the application interface, or the device/lighting
does not switch on or off:
• Check the luminous state of the plug:
• Steady Red LED: check the status of the Wi-Fi router.
• Flashing blue LED (for more than three minutes): check the Internet access.
• Make sure the Wi-Fi and Internet connection is operative and that the network
is within range of the plug.
• Make sure that the Wi-Fi is on a 2.4-GHz band (it does not work at 5 GHz).
• When configuring it, your smartphone must be on the same Wi-Fi network as
the plug.
• The plug can only be added to one account. A single My Chacon account can
be used by all the members of a household.

The logo shaped like a waste bin indicates that this product must not be disposed of with
household waste in any EU country. To prevent any risk to the environment or human health
due to uncontrolled scrapping, recycle the product in a responsible manner. This will promote
the sustainable use of material resources. To return your used device, use the return and
collection systems, or contact the original dealer. The dealer will recycle it in accordance with
regulatory provisions.

1. Créez votre compte My Chacon
1. Téléchargez l'application gratuite My Chacon sur l'App Store de l'iOS, ou sur
Google Play pour Android.
2. Créez un compte en suivant les instructions de l'application.
Note :
La prise Wi-Fi Timer Chacon est également compatible avec l'application DiO
one, vous pouvez donc utiliser cette application au lieu de My Chacon.
2. Connectez la prise à votre réseau Wi-Fi
1. Dans l'application, sélectionnez "Mes appareils", cliquez sur "+" et
sélectionnez ensuite l'appareil "Prise connectée".
2. Branchez la prise Chacon dans la prise principale et appuyez sur le bouton
d'appariement des fiches pendant 3 secondes, le voyant LED clignote en
rouge.
3. Dans les 3 minutes qui suivent, cliquez sur "Installer le dispositif Wi-Fi" dans
l'application.
4. Suivez l'assistant d'installation dans l'application.
Note :
Si l'installation automatique du Wi-Fi échoue, veuillez utiliser la méthode du
mode alternatif pour ajouter l'appareil à l'application. Consultez votre
application pour plus d'informations.
Si le réseau Wi-Fi ou le mot de passe a changé, appuyez sur le bouton
d'appairage pendant 3 secondes et dans l'application, appuyez longuement sur
l'icône de l'appareil. Ensuite, suivez les instructions de l'application pour mettre
à jour le réseau Wi-Fi.
Si vous souhaitez utiliser l'appareil dans un autre compte, veuillez effectuer une
réinitialisation d'usine (voir paragraphe 5).
3. Branchez votre appareil
1. Branchez votre lampe ou votre appareil sur la prise Chacon.
2. Mettez l'interrupteur de la lampe ou de l'appareil sur "On".

5. Réinitialisation de la prise
Pour rétablir les paramètres d'usine de la prise :
1. Appuyez sur le bouton de la fiche et maintenez-le enfoncé pendant au moins
sept secondes.
2. Assurez-vous que la led clignote en violet avant de relâcher le bouton.
3. Lorsque vous relâchez le bouton, le voyant clignote rouge pendant un court
instant pour confirmer que la réinitialisation a été effectuée.
6. Utilisation
Avec votre smartphone via l'application My Chacon :
• Allumez ou éteignez de n'importe où
• Créer une minuterie programmable : régler à la minute exacte et sélectionner
le(s) jour(s) de la semaine, avec une minuterie unique ou répétitive.
• Créez un compte à rebours : la prise s'éteint automatiquement après le temps
imparti.
• Simulez une présence à votre domicile quand vous êtes à l'extérieur
Contrôle vocal :
Contrôlez votre appareil ou votre éclairage avec votre voix en combinant la
prise Chacon avec votre haut-parleur intelligent Google Home ou Amazon
Alexa. Sur l'application Google Home ou Alexa, téléchargez la skill One 4 All.
Sur la prise :
Activez/désactivez la prise en appuyant une fois sur le bouton qui s'y trouve.
7. Dépannage
La prise n'apparaît pas sur l'interface de l'application, ou l'appareil/l'éclairage
ne s'allume pas ou ne s'éteint pas :
• Vérifiez l'état lumineux de la prise :
• LED rouge fixe : vérifier l'état du routeur Wi-Fi.
• LED bleue clignotante (pendant plus de trois minutes) : vérifiez l'accès à
Internet.
• Vérifiez que la connexion Wi-Fi et Internet est opérationnelle et que le réseau
est à portée de la prise.
• Assurez-vous que le Wi-Fi est sur une bande de 2,4 GHz (il ne fonctionne pas
à 5 GHz).
• Lors de sa configuration, votre smartphone doit se trouver sur le même
réseau Wi-Fi que la prise.
• La prise ne peut être ajoutée qu'à un seul compte. Un seul compte My Chacon
peut être utilisé par tous les membres d'un ménage.

1. Maak uw My Chacon account aan

u die App kunt gebruiken in plaats van My Chacon.
2. Sluit hem aan op uw Wi-Fi-netwerk
1. Selecteer in de toepassing "Mijn apparaten", klik op "+" en selecteer
vervolgens het "Plug"-apparaat".
2. Sluit de Chacon-stekker aan op de hoofdstekker en druk gedurende 3
seconden op de koppelingsknop van de stekker, de LED-indicator knippert
rood.
3. Klik binnen 3 minuten op "Installeer het Wi-Fi-apparaat" in de app.
4. Volg de installatiewizard in de toepassing.
Let op:
Als de automatische Wi-Fi installatie mislukt, gebruik dan de alternatieve
modus methode om het apparaat toe te voegen aan de applicatie. Controleer
uw app voor meer informatie.
Als het Wi-Fi-netwerk of het wachtwoord is gewijzigd, druk dan 3 seconden op
de koppelingsknop en druk in de app lang op het pictogram van het apparaat.
Volg dan de instructie in de applicatie om de Wi-Fi bij te werken.
Als u het apparaat in een andere account wilt gebruiken, voer dan een
fabrieksreset uit (zie paragraaf 5).
3. Installeer uw apparaat
1. Sluit uw lamp of apparaat aan op de Chacon-timerstekker.
2. Zet de schakelaar van het apparaat op "On".
4 Lichtgevende toestanden van de stekker
• Niet verlicht of continu blauw: stopcontact uit/aan
• Medium knippert rood: Reguliere configuratieprocedure, in afwachting
• Snel knipperend rood: Reguliere configuratieprocedure, bezig
• Zeer traag knipperend rood: Alternatieve configuratieprocedure, in afwachting
• Medium knippert rood: Alternatieve configuratieprocedure, bezig
• Continu rood: geconfigureerd, kan Wi-Fi-netwerk niet bereiken Blauw
knipperend: geconfigureerd, kan Cloud-netwerk niet bereiken
• Snel blauw knipperen: Firmware update - Paars knipperen: Lang genoeg om in
te drukken voor een fabrieksreset
• Knippert snel rood: fabrieksreset is bezig
5. De stekker terugzetten
Om de stekker terug te zetten naar de fabrieksinstellingen:
1. Druk op de knop op de stekker en houd deze gedurende ten minste zeven
seconden ingedrukt.
2. Zorg ervoor dat de led paars knippert voordat u de knop loslaat.
3. Wanneer u de knop loslaat, knippert de led rood even om te bevestigen dat
de reset is uitgevoerd.
6. Gebruik
Met uw smartphone via de My Chacon app:
• Schakel aan of uit vanaf elke plek
• Maak een programmeerbare timer: stel deze in op de exacte minuut en
selecteer de dag(en) van de week, met een eenmalige of herhaalde timer.
• Maak een aftelprocedure aan en de stekker wordt na de toegewezen tijd
automatisch uitgeschakeld.
• Simuleer een aanwezigheid in uw huis wanneer u weg bent
Spraakbesturing:
Bedien uw toestel of verlichting met uw stem door de Chacon-plug te
combineren met uw Google Home of Amazon Alexa smart speaker. Op de
Google Home- of Alexa-applicatie kunt u de One 4 All-vaardigheid downloaden.
Op de stekker:
Inschakelen/uitschakelen van de stekker door één keer op de knop te drukken.
7. Probleemoplossing
De stekker verschijnt niet op de applicatie-interface of het apparaat/de
verlichting wordt niet in- of uitgeschakeld:
• Controleer de lichttoestand van de stekker:
• Constante rode LED: controleer de status van de Wi-Fi-router.
• Knipperende blauwe LED (gedurende meer dan drie minuten): controleer de
internettoegang.
• Controleer of de Wi-Fi- en internetverbinding werkt en of het netwerk binnen
het bereik van de stekker is.
• Zorg ervoor dat de Wi-Fi op een 2,4 GHz-band staat (deze werkt niet bij 5
GHz).
• Bij het configureren moet uw smartphone zich op hetzelfde Wi-Fi-netwerk
bevinden als de stekker.
• De stekker kan slechts aan één account worden toegevoegd. Een enkele My
Chacon account kan door alle leden van een huishouden worden gebruikt.
