• The waffle maker should only be used as described in this
instruction manual.
• The waffle maker should be placed on adry, flat and heat-
resistant surface. Makesure that there is ample space above
and below thewaffle maker for air to circulate. Makesure that
themains lead does not drape over theedge of thecounter
top or tabletop where it can be pulled on by children or animals.
• Bear in mind that thewaffle maker will become very hot
during use. Toprevent burns, only touch thehandles when
using thewaffle maker.
• Bear in mind that hot steam will escape when thelid is lifted.
• Keep aneye on thewaffle maker if you are using it in
thevicinity of children.
• Do not touch thewaffle maker or thelead if your hands arewet.
• The waffle maker is designed exclusively for domestic indoor use.
• Do not touch thehot surfaces of thewaffle maker, to prevent
therisk ofburns.
• Do not expose thewaffle maker to moisture, knocks or
blows. Neveruse thewaffle maker if you have dropped it on
thefloor, left it outdoors or dropped it inwater.
• The waffle maker must only be connected to a220–240V,
50Hz earthed outlet.
