Tool Cabinet

Please read theentire instruction manual before using
theproduct and save it for future reference. We reserve
theright for any errors in text or images and any neces-
sary changes made to technical data. If you have any
questions regarding technical problems please contact

Safety
• Do not use theside handles to lift thecabinet using
rope, chains or similar. If thecabinet is too heavy to lift
by hand, use apallet truck/fork lift and lift thecabinet
from below.
• Do not drag thecabinet around by thehandle; push it
in front of you.
• Theswivel castors and thehandle must be fitted on
thesame side.
• Always use thebrakes when thecabinet is stationary.
• Only open one drawer at atime, heavy drawers can tip
thecabinet over.
• Do not hang heavy items on thecabinet; doing so
could make it instable.
• Do not fasten thecabinet to moveable objects
or vehicles.
• Do not tow thecabinet behind vehicles or other
moveable objects, it can tip over.
• Do not stand on theopen drawers or on top of
thecabinet.
• Thetotal weight contained in adrawer should not
exceed 22.5 kg.
• Thetotal weight of theentire cabinet and contents
must not exceed 450 kg.
• Do not use thecabinet on uneven floors or gradients,
it might tip over or start moving.
Product description
Tool cabinet with 4 wheels (two with brakes) and
7 lockable drawers.
Size: 69×46×85 cm (w×d×h).
Assembly
Side handle
Attach thehandle with
theincluded bolts. Tighten
thebolts properly, but do
not overtighten them.
Fix thewheels to thebase making
sure that theswivel wheels are on
thesame side as thehandle.
Tighten thebolts properly, but do not
overtighten them.
4. Insert thedrawer
by slotting it into
thedrawer slide and
pushing it all theway in.
Locking
1. Close all thedrawers.
2. There is alittle resistance in thedrawers when they are
all theway in. Push thedrawers in so that they are all
right theway to theback of thecabinet.
3. Turn thekey.
4. Check that all thedrawers are locked.
Care and maintenance
• Polish thepaintwork with car wax to protect it from
wear and tear.
• Clean thecabinet using aclean soft cloth and alittle
detergent. Never clean theproduct using solvents or
flammable liquids.
• Regularly lubricate thedrawer slides and wheels with
grease and thelock with oil.
Disposal
Follow local ordinances when disposing of this product.
If you are unsure of how to dispose of this product,
please contact your local authority.
Wheels
Thewheels and bolts are in thebottom drawer.
Check thecontents:
• 4 wheels; 2 swivel castors with brakes and 2 fixed
without brakes.
• 16 bolts
Removing and inserting drawers
1. Empty thedrawer that is to be removed.
2. Slide it all theway out.
3. Press theleft side plastic tab up and theright side tab
down and hold them there whilst pulling thedrawer
out.
