The distance walked is calculated on the
basis of step length.
AUTO: To simplify the settings, we have
developed an automatic mode to calculate
your step length based on your height.

the usual “personal” method by measuring
your step length. To do this, walk
10 metres, counting the number of steps
as you go, then apply this equation: step
length = 10 metres / number of steps.
