SETTING UP YOUR SHREDDER
1 Place the shredder head securely on the included wastebasket. Make sure
that the safety interlock labels on the sides are aligned. If they are not,
your shredder will not work.
Caution: Your shredder has very
sharp, exposed blades on the
underside. Use care when setting
up your shredder. Do not use bags
to line your wastebasket.
2 Connect the power cord to a power outlet.

document feed
opening. Do not
let hair touch the
document feed
opening. Serious
injury may result.
Do not
exceed the
shredder’s
maximum
capacity of
3 vertically
folded
sheets of
letter size
paper.

Put paper (3 vertically folded sheets of letter
size paper) or a single credit card into this
opening to shred.
On/Auto ( | ) - Shreds items inserted into the
document feed opening, then stops.
O () - Turns o the shredder.
Rev () - Reverses the paper to clear a jam
or remove unshredded paper.
Lights green when the power is on.
Empty when 2/3 full.
