1. Remove the factory lids, latch, and hinge

assembly.

2. Install the factory latch and hinge assembly to

your new KICKER lids using the factory screws.

3. Install the speakers by rotating the speaker

from the back side of lid, through the opening of

the lid, positioning the speaker to line up with the

holes. Install the two front screws through the

speaker into the lid.

4. Place the bracket on the back side of the speaker. Install a bolt through the bracket and speaker from the back side, then

position the speaker nut on top and tighten. Using the factory screw, attach the outside of the bracket to the lid.

5. install the factory latch lever using the factory screw and supplied rubber grommet.
