ENGLISH - LUVION NIGHTLIGHT
This user manual provides you with all information necessary
for safe and easy use of the Luvion nightlight. Please carefully
read the following instructions before use.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
When using electric appliances, basic precautions should
always be followed, including the following:
• To reduce the risk of injury, close supervision is necessary
when this product is used near children. This is not a toy.
• The nightlight should occasionally be examined for
potentially unsafe conditions, such as damaged housing, or
other parts.
• DANGER: To reduce the risk of electric shock, do not
immerse the product in water and do not place or store this
product where it can fall or be pulled into a tub or sink.
• Securely close the battery compartment after placing/
changing the batteries.
USING THE NIGHTLIGHT
Place one AA-size battery inside the battery
compartment, please observe the correct position of the
polarity, as marked inside the battery compartment.
The nightlight will be turned o automatically after 15
minutes.
The On-Off button is located at the top of the nightlight,
push it once to turn the light on, and push it again to
change the color to red, green or blue. Push 5 times to
turn the light o .
USER-MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS
• In case the nightlight is going to be unused for an extended
period of time, remove the batteries to prevent them from
training.
• Do not use the nightlight in temperatures below 0°C (32°F)
or above 45°C (113°F).
• The nightlight should be kept away from heat sources like
direct sunlight or heaters.
• To clean, wipe the nightlight with a damp cloth and use a
light household detergent; do not use solvents.
• Do not attempt to change the LED light bulbs.
• Do not disassemble the nightlight.
• Supervise use of the nightlight by children.
• Do not place the nightlight directly in front of children’s eyes
when it is on.
• Do not use or store in the bathroom or in any other place
where there may be dampness or a high humidity.
• Do not dispose of the battery in normal household waste.
Recycle the battery at your local recycling facility or call your
local waste disposal service for advice on correct disposal.

veilig gebruik te maken van dit Luvion nachtlampje. Lees de
gende instructies voor gebruik goed door.
LIGHEIDSINSTRUCTIES
u elektrische apparaten gebruikt dan dient u altijd basis

GEBRUIK NACHTLAMPJE
Plaats een AA- formaat batterij in het batterij
compartiment , houdt rekening met de correcte polariteit
zoals aangegeven in het batterij compartiment.
Het nachtlichtje zal zna 15 minuten automatisch uit gaan.
De aan/uit knop aan de bovenkant van het nachtlichtje
kan gebruikt worden om het nachtlichtje aan te zetten
door 1 maal te drukken, de kleur naar rood te veranderen
2 maal drukken, etc. Druk 5 maal om het het lampje uit te
zetten.

ONDERHOUDSINSTRUCTIES
• Wanneer het nachtlampje langere tijd niet wordt gebruikt
wordt, verwijder dan de batterijen om lekken te voorkomen.
• Gebruik het nachtlichtje niet bij temperaturen lager dan 0°C
(32°F) of hoger dan 45°C (113°F).
• Plaats het product niet in de buurt van hete oppervlaktes of
in direct zonlicht.
• Gebruik een vochtig doekje om het nachtlichtje schoon te
maken. Gebruik alleen lichte schoonmaakmiddelen, geen
oplosmiddelen.
• Probeer de LED lampjes niet te vervangen.
• Haal het nachtlichtje nooit uit elkaar.
• Gebruik alleen onder ouderlijk toezicht.
• Plaats het nachtlichtje niet recht voor de ogen van het kind.
• Gebruik het nachtlichtje niet op vochtige of natte plaatsen.
• Werp de batterijen niet bij het normale huisafval. Lever ze
in bij uw lokale hergebruikpunt of neem contact op met
uw lokale afvalverwerkingsdienst voor advies over correcte
verwijdering.

BELANGRIJK! BEWAREN VOOR TOEKOMSTIG GEBRUIK.
4 The battery will have to be replaced approximately every
30 hours (120 uses) when using a quality battery.

REPLACING BATTERY
Turn the at side of the screw towards the battery cover
with a small cross screwdriver.
Use a coin to open the battery cover by turning the cover
anticlockwise.
Remove the battery compartment from the nightlight.
Insert a new AA-Battery into the battery compartment.
Close the cover by turning the coin clockwise.
Lock the screw.
BATTERIJ VERVANGEN
Draai de platte kant van de schroef naar het batterijklepje
met een kleine kruiskop schroevendraaier.
Gebruik een munt om het batterijklepje open te draaien,
draai tegen de klok in.
Haal het batterijcompartiment uit het nachtlampje.
Plaats een nieuwe AA-Batterij in het batterijcompartiment.
Sluit het klepje weer en draai deze met de munt met de klok
mee weer vast.
Draai de schroef weer vast.
