1. SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS - THIS OPERATOR’S MANUAL CON-
TAINS IMPORTANT SAFETY AND OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS. 
2. THIS DEVICE IS DESIGNED TO BE POWERED BY (1) CR2032 
BATTERY PROPERLY INSERTED. Do not attempt to use with any 
other voltage or power supply.
3. CHEMICAL  BURN  HAZARD.  KEEP  BATTERIES  AWAY  FROM 
CHILDREN.
4. THIS DEVICE CONTAINS A LITHIUM BUTTON/COIN 
CELL BATTERY. A NEW OR USED BATTERY CAN 
CAUSE  SEVERE INTERNAL  BURNS AND  LEAD 
TO DEATH IN AS LITTLE AS 2 HOURS IF SWAL-
LOWED OR ENTERS THE BODY. Always secure the 
battery cover. If it does not close securely, stop using 
the device, remove the batteries, and keep it away from children. If 
you think batteries may have been swallowed or entered the body, 
seek immediate medical attention.
5. INSTALL BATTERY ACCORDING TO POLARITY (+ / -) DIAGRAMS.
6. PROPERLY DISPOSE OF USED BATTERIES IMMEDIATELY.
7. DO NO INCINERATE OR DISMANTLE BATTERIES.
8. UNDER ABUSIVE CONDITIONS, LIQUID MAY BE EJECTED FROM 
THE BATTERY, AVOID CONTACT. IF CONTACT ACCIDENTALLY 
OCCURS, FLUSH WITH WATER. IF LIQUID CONTACTS EYES, 
ADDITIONALLY SEEK  MEDICAL  HELP.  Liquid  ejected  from  the 
battery may cause irritation or burns.
9. DO NOT DISPOSE OF   OR BATTERIES TOGETHER WITH DEVICE

have reached the end of their life must be collected separately and

GENERAL USE AND CARE 
Coincell Battery
Before rst use, remove the plastic tab from between the battery and 
contacts. Discard the plastic tab and replace the cap. Remove the clear 
protective backing from the back of the TICK™. 
If the TICK™ will not be used for a long time, remove the battery as a 
protection against corrosion. 
1. Open the TICK™ Tracking Device by rotating the cover.
2. Remove the CR2032 coincell battery.
3. Remove the clear protective lm (rst time only).
4. Replace the CR2032 coincell battery, positive (+) side up. 
5. Replace cover and rotate to lock.
6. Remove the clear protective backing on the bottom of the Tick (rst 
time only).
ONE-KEY™ App / Account Set Up
1. To download the ONE-KEY™ app, visit the App Store or Google Play 
from your smart device.
2. Create  a  User  Name  and  Password  and  log  in  to  a  ONE-KEY™ 
account.
3. Bluetooth and Location Services must be enabled on the mobile device.
4. Location Services must be enabled in the Settings section of the App.

™
Activating the TICK™ 
1. Select or add a new item in "Inventory" to be tracked using the TICK™.
2. Select the red “Associate Tick” button on the Inventory Item Detail 
screen. 
3. Follow the instructions on the screen. 
4. Select "Start Scan". The App will scan for TICKs in range. If there are 
too many in range, move the others at least 3 ft. away.
5. Once the App has paired a TICK™ with the Inventory Item, tracking 
can begin.
NOTE: If the device receives a sharp blow or impact, it may need to 
be paired again.
Installing the TICK™
The TICK™ is designed to track tools and equipment using the ONE-
KEY™ App. It will not prevent theft from happening. The TICK™ can 
be installed in a variety of orientations. Consider installing the Tick™ 
to prevent tampering.
Be sure battery door can be removed once installed.
The Tick™ can be installed using the following attachment options
• #8 Pan Head Self Tapping Screw  • Glue or Epoxy
• 5/32 Diameter Rivet    • Adhesive Backing
• Cable or Zip Tie       • Keyring
WARNING! Do not secure in such a way as to impede the safe use 
of the product. 
Do not attach on or near the following:
• vents      • moving parts
•  safety notications   • guards
•  hand holds    • switches or controls
•  areas exposed to sparks or heat
Before using screws or rivets, ensure the space behind the placement 
is clear.  
Care
•  Clean with a damp, soft cloth.     
•  Never use aggressive cleaning agents or solvents.
LIMITED WARRANTY
Every MILWAUKEE Tool & Equipment Tracker is warranted to the original purchaser only to be free from defects 
in material and workmanship.  Subject to certain exceptions, MILWAUKEE will repair or replace any part on this 
tracker which, after examination, is determined by MILWAUKEE to be defective in material or workmanship for a 
period of one (1) year* after the date of purchase unless otherwise noted.  Return of the tracker to a MILWAUKEE 
factory Service Center, freight prepaid and insured, is required.  A copy of the proof of purchase should be included 
with the return product.  This warranty does not apply to damage that MILWAUKEE determines to be from repairs 
made or attempted by anyone other than MILWAUKEE authorized personnel, misuse, alterations, abuse, normal 
wear and tear, lack of maintenance, or accidents 
*Coin battery cell that is included with the Tool & Equipment Tracker is not warranted by MILWAUKEE.
ACCEPTANCE  OF THE EXCLUSIVE REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT REMEDIES DESCRIBED HEREIN IS A 
CONDITION OF THE CONTRACT FOR THE PURCHASE OF EVERY MILWAUKEE PRODUCT.  IF YOU DO NOT 
AGREE TO THIS CONDITION, YOU SHOULD NOT PURCHASE THE PRODUCT.  IN NO EVENT SHALL MIL -

TECHTRONIC INDUSTRIES' warranty is for 1 year since the original purchase date. 
This warranty card covers any defect in material and workmanship on this Product.
To make this  warranty valid, present this  warranty card, sealed/stamped  by the distributor or  store where you 
purchased the product, to the Authorized Service Center (ASC). Or, if this card has not been sealed/stamped, 
present the original proof of purchase to the ASC.

Procedure to make this warranty valid
Take the product to the ASC, along with the warranty card sealed/stamped by the distributor or store where you 
purchased the product, and any faulty piece or component will be replaced without cost for you. We will cover all 
freight costs relative with this warranty process.
Exceptions
This warranty is not valid in the following situations
a)  When the product is used in a different manner from the end-user guide or instruction manual.
b)  When the conditions of use are not normal.
c)  When the product was modied or repaired by people not authorized by TECHTRONIC INDUSTRIES. 
Note: If cord set is damaged, it should be replaced by an Authorized Service 
Center to avoid electric risks.

1. CONSERVER CES INSTRUCTIONS – CE MANUEL D’UTILISATION

2. CE DISPOSITIF FONCTIONNE AVEC (1) PILE CR2032 CORRECTE-
MENT INSTALLÉE.  Ne pas tenter d’utiliser ce dispositif avec une autre 
tension ou avec un autre type d’alimentation.
3. RISQUE DE BRÛLURES CHIMIQUES. GARDER LES PILES HORS 
DE LA PORTÉE DES ENFANTS.
4. CE DISPOSITIF CONTIENT UNE PILE BOUTON AU 
LITHIUM. UNE PILE NEUVE OU USÉE PEUT CAUSER 
DES BRÛLURES INTERNES GRAVES ENTRAÎNANT 
LA MORT EN SEULEMENT 2 HEURES SI AVALÉE OU 
ENTRÉE DANS LE CORPS. Toujours fixer le couvercle 
du compartiment des piles. Si le couvercle ne se ferme 
pas bien, arrêter d'utiliser le dispositif, retirer les piles et les garder hors 
de la portée des enfants. Si vous soupçonnez que les piles ont été av

TÉ DE LA PILE EN CAS DE MANUTENTION ABUSIVE. EN CAS DE 
CONTACT ACCIDENTEL, RINCER LES PARTIES ATTEINTES AVEC 
DE L’EAU. SI LE LIQUIDE ENTRE EN CONTACT AVEC LES YEUX, 
CONSULTER UN MÉDECIN. Le liquide éjecté de la pile peut causer

Avant la  première  utilisation,  retirer  la  languette  de  plastique  qui  se 
trouve  entre  la  pile  et  les  contacts.  Jeter  la  languette  de  plastique 
et  replacer le  capuchon.    Retirer  la  feuille protectrice  de  l'arrière  du 
dispositif TICK™.
