Product Description
Digital Wristwatch.
Functions: Alarm, date, stopwatch with split
time, countdown timer, double time zones
and background light. Water resistant 50 m.
Battery type: CR2025 (included).
Note!
1. Never try to open the wristwatch or to
remove the back plate.
2. Never push any of the buttons under
water.
3. The watch is constructed to handle
impact or vibrations, even so, try to avoid
rough treatment.
4. Avoid exposing the watch to extreme heat.
5. Wipe the outside of the watch with a dry
cloth when needed. Never use strong
detergents or solutions since they may
damage the watch’s plastic details.
6. Avoid exposing the watch to areas with
electromagnetic radiation.

The following terms are used in the instruc-
tion manual.
1. ST/STOP (Start/Stop)

Display
The following is shown on the display:
1. Normal display of time
Day – Month – Date
Hours – Minutes
– Seconds
AL – Month – Date
Hours – Minutes
3. DT (display of dual times)
2. AL (alarm)
DT – Hours – Minutes
Hours – Minutes
– Seconds
4. TR (countdown timer)
TR – Hours - Minutes
Hours – Minutes
– Seconds
5. ST (stopwatch)
ST - Hours
Minutes – Seconds
– 1/100
Functions
Press (3] repeatedly to move between the
different functions, in the following order:
Time → Alarm → Time 2 → Countdown timer
→ Stopwatch
1. Set current time
1. Press [3] repeatedly until the display
shows normal time mode, month and
date.
2. Press and hold in
[2] until 00 (seconds)
starts blinking.
3. Press
[1] twice to set the seconds to 00.
4. Press
[3] to conrm and to open the next
setting (hours).
5. Press
[1] to advance upward, hold in the
button to advance quickly.
6. Press
[4] to choose between 12 or 24
hour display (if 24 hour display is chosen,
24H is shown on the display).
7. Repeat step 3 and 4 for the rest of the
settings. Year (1985-2029) – Month
– Date.
8. Press
[2] to conrm the setting and to exit
the time setting.
2. Hour signal
• Press [4] (in AL mode) to activate/shut off
the alarm, (icons for Chime and/or Alarm
is shown on display when the alarm
signal/hour signal is activated).
3. Alarm (AL shows on the display)
Activation
• Press [4] (in AL mode) to activate/shut
off the alarm, (Alarm icon shows on
the display when the alarm signal is
activated).
• Press any of the buttons to shut the alarm
sound off: 1, 2, 3 or 4.
Time setting for alarm
1. Press and hold in [2] (in alarm mode) until
hours start blinking.
2. Press
[1] repeatedly to set the desired
hour.
3. Press
[3] to conrm and to open the next
setting (minutes).
4. Press
[1] to advance upward, hold in the
button to advance quickly.
5. Press
[3] to conrm and to open the next
setting.
6. Exit this setting by pressing
(2) if you
would like the alarm to sound every day.
----- is shown in the upper right corner of
the display.
• Repeat steps 3 and 4 if you would like to
set the alarm for a certain date (month
and day) e.g. birthday reminder.
7. Press
[2] to exit the time setting when you
are nished.
The alarm sounds for 60 seconds at the set
time every day (if the alarm is activated).
The hour signal sounds every hour (if the
hour signal is activated).
4. Set dual time display (DT shows on
display)
Set Time
1. Press [3] repeatedly to set DT mode.
2. Press and hold in
[2] until 00 (hours)
starts blinking.
3. Press
[1] repeatedly to set hours.
4. Press
[3] to conrm and to open the next
setting (minutes).
5. Press
[1] to advance upward, hold in the
button to advance quickly.
6. Press
[4] to choose between 12 or 24
hour display (if 24 hour display is chosen,
24H is shown on the display).
7. Press
[2] to conrm the setting and to exit
the time setting.
5. Countdown timer (TR shows on
the display)
Set time for countdown timer
1. Press [3] repeatedly to move to TR mode.
2. Press and hold in
[2] (in TR mode) until 0
(for hours) starts blinking.
3. Press
[1] to set the desired hour.
4. Press
[3] to conrm and to open the next
setting (minutes).
5. Press
[1] to advance upward, hold in the
button to advance quickly.
6. Press
[3] to conrm and to open the next
setting (seconds).
7. Press
[1] to advance upward.
8. Press
[3] to conrm.
9. Press
[2] to exit the time setting.
Activation
• Press [1] (in TR mode) to start the count
down.
• Press
[1] to shut off the signal when the
countdown is completed.
• Press
[4] to reset the countdown timer
to zero. The previous set time for the
countdown is displayed again. Press [1]
to start the countdown.
6. Stopwatch (ST shown on display)
Lap-Time
1. Press [3] repeatedly to move to ST mode.
The latest lap time is displayed.
2. Press
[4] to reset the stopwatch to zero.
3. Press
[1] to start the timekeeping.
4. Press
[1] again to stop the timekeeping
and to display the time.
Split Time
1. Press [4] to reset the stopwatch to zero.
2. Press
[1] (in ST mode) to start the
timekeeping.
3. Press
[4] to display the split times. SPLIT
is shown on the display and the time
continues to count in the background
4. Repeat step 3 if you would like several
split times.
5. Press
[1] to exit.
6. Press
[4] to reset the stopwatch to zero.
Lighting
• Press [4] to light up the background
display for approx. 3 seconds.
Protect the environment
Sort your waste and recycle products instead
of throwing them away. All electronic pro-
ducts and all packaging material should be
sorted and handled according to local envi-
ronmental regulations.
