Things to consider
• Never try to open thewatch or to remove theback of
thecasing.
• Never push any of thebuttons whilst under water.
• Thewatch is constructed to withstand bumps and
vibrations but should not be subjected to undue impacts
or rough treatment.
• Avoid exposing thewatch to extreme temperatures.
• Avoid exposing thewatch to environments where there
is electromagnetic radiation.
Buttons and functions
Timekeeping with split times
1. Press [ START ] to start thestopwatch.
2. Press [ RESET ] to take asplit time.
3. Press [ RESET ] again to resume thetimekeeping.
4. Press [ START ] to stop thestopwatch.
5. Press [ RESET ] to reset thestopwatch time to zero.
Timekeeping with 2 finishing times
1. Press [ START ] to start thestopwatch.
2. Press [ RESET ] to take thefirst finishing time. Write thetime
down. Thetime for thesecond finishing time is running
undisplayed within thestopwatch.
3. Press [ START ] to take thesecond finishing time.
4. Press [ RESET ] to reset thestopwatch time to zero.

A. [ LIGHT ] backlight
B. [ MODE ] Function selector
C. [ START ] Start/stop
D. [ RESET ] Reset button
Operating instructions
Selecting functions
Press [ MODE ] repeatedly to move between thedifferent
functions, in thefollowing order: time – stopwatch – alarm.
Setting the time
1. Press [ MODE ] 3 times until
theseconds start to flash.
2. Press [ START ] to reset
theseconds to zero.
3. Press [ RESET ] – theminutes
will flash.
4. Press or hold in [ START ] to
set theminutes.
5. Press [ RESET ] – thehours
will flash.
6. Press or hold in [ START ] to set thehours. Set themonth,
date and day in thesame way.
7. Press [ MODE ] to complete thesettings.
Stopwatch
Press [ MODE ] until thestopwatch is displayed.
Timekeeping
1. Press [ START ] to start
thestopwatch.
2. Press [ START ] to stop
thestopwatch.
3. Press [ RESET ] to reset
thestopwatch time to zero.
1. Press [ MODE ] until thealarm
is displayed. Thehours start
to flash.
2. Press or hold in [ START ] to
set thehours.
3. Press [ RESET ] – theminutes
will flash.
4. Press or hold in [ START ] to
set theminutes.
5. Press [ MODE ] to complete
thealarm settings.
- Press [ START ] to switch thealarm off and let it
sound again at thesame time thenext day or
anhour later depending on thetype of alarm
(see Type of alarm below).
- Press [ RESET ] to completely switch thealarm off.
Type of alarm
Press [ RESET ] (in time display mode) to set thetype of alarm:
When
appears on thedisplay: thealarm sounds at
theset time.
When
appears on thedisplay: thealarm sounds on
thehour every hour.
When
appears on thedisplay: thealarm sounds at
theset time and on thehour every hour.
12 or 24 hour time display
1. Press [ MODE ] three times until theseconds start to flash.
2. Press [ RESET ] two times until thehours start to flash.
3. Press or hold in [ START ] until thepreferred time format
is displayed.
4. Press [ MODE ] to complete thesetting.
Backlight
Press [ LIGHT ] whenever you need thebacklight.
Care and maintenance
Thewatch can be wiped clean using adamp cloth. Use only
mild cleaning agents, never solvents or corrosive chemicals.
Disposal
This product should be disposed of in accordance with local
regulations. If you are unsure how to proceed, contact your
local council.
