INTRODUCTION
Thank you for choosing the Raya Octa Fluorescent
7 Socket Fixture. Using Edison-base compact
fluorescent lamps (CFL), this powerful light fixture
accepts up to 105-watt bulbs per socket, providing
excellent illumination coverage.
This compact and light-weight lighting fixture is ideal
for studio and on-location shooting. The device’s
two rocker switches provide the user with light
customization control, while the fluorescent bulbs
provide a comfortable, low-heat lighting solution. With
the 5/8” light stand mount and locking tilt knob, the
Raya Octa Fluorescent Fixture has the ability to tilt and
rotate in many ways.
When coupled with the Raya Octa 32” Softbox for OF
Fixtures, the unit multiplies your lighting possibilities.
The Raya Octa Fluorescent 7 Socket Fixture offers a
practical and economic solution for broad, soft lighting
in studio or location photo or video scenarios.

PRECAUTIONS

• Please read and follow these instructions before use. Keep
this manual in a safe place.
• Keep this product away from water and any flammable
gases or liquids.
• Use only the correct, recommended voltage. Only use
spiral fluorescent bulbs with this product. Do not use bulbs
that exceed 105 watts (See pg. 5). When all sockets are
filled, a maximum of a 50-watt CFL bulb is recommended
for each socket for a total of 350 watts (equivalent to
approximately 1400 watts of tungsten light).
• Do not attempt to disassemble or repair this product.
Doing so could cause an electric shock and bodily harm.
Disassembling this product will void the warranty.
• CFL bulbs contain mercury, which can be harmful. Dispose
of bulbs properly. If bulb breaks, do not touch without
necessary protection.
• For use with . Never use with spiral fluorescent bulbs only
household tungsten bulbs.
• Clean this product with a soft, dry cloth.
• Keep this product away from children.
• Make sure that this product is intact and that there are no
missing parts.
