1. If mounting holes on the vehicle surface do not align with bracket, use the
adaptor bracket as a template to mark mounting holes. Before securing
speaker, place bracket on mounting surface with the single tab at the top.
Mark locations of mounting holes. Remove bracket and drill out holes with
a 1/8” bit.
2. Place speed clips on mounting hole locations.
3. Secure adaptor bracket to surface with hardware supplied.
4. Feed speaker wires through in bracket and connect slot
wires to speaker. Secure speaker to bracket.
Note: Check for specific wiring instructions in the
Crutchfield MasterSheet for your particular vehicle.

Always be careful when drilling in a vehicle. WEAR EYE
PROTECTION. Be aware of things such as wiring, windows,
fuel lines and safety devices. Check drilling depth and
location to avoid damage to vehicle appearance.
