TPK Plate

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

• Do not use more than one plate at the same time on the same appliance.

• Do not use the plate for more than 60 minutes.

• After using this accessory you should be very careful when handling it, since

it can reach extremely high temperatures.

• The plate should be placed inside the cooking hob perimeter and a minimum

distance of 4 cm from knobs or control zones should be maintained.

DESCRIPTION

The plate consists of an aluminium core

enclosed between two layers of stainless

steel. This particular structure enhances

thermal conductivity (hot or cold) and

ensures the highest levels of hygiene. It

can also be used inside the fridge or

freezer as a container for keeping food.

USING ON GAS HOBS

Do not use on glass hobs, on multiple burners, Ultra-rapid or UR2 burners.

Ignite the burner to the maximum power for 15 minutes, then switch to the minimum

power. Never use for more than 60 minutes.

USING ON ELECTRIC HOBS

Do not place the plate on the controls zones or near them.

Switch on the cooking zone at approx. ¾ of its maximum power. Do not use the “Power” or

“Heating accelerator” function on models fitted with these functions. Never use for more

than 60 minutes.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

• Do not use cleaning products containing chlorine, ammonia or bleach.

• Do not use rough or abrasive materials or sharp metal scrapers.

It is easier to clean the plate when it is still warm. Do not submerge it in water immediately

after use; wait for it to cool.

GREASE: Wash in warm water and ordinary washing up liquid.

ENCRUSTED DIRT: Leave to soak in warm water and washing up liquid, clean with an

anti-scratch sponge and then rinse and dry with a cloth.

STUBBORN ENCRUSTATIONS: Clean using a product suitable for encrustations and

leave it to act until the encrustation has completely dissolved and clean as in case of

stubborn dirt.
