Quick Installation Guide

Thank you for using ACTi Reader. This documentation contains basic settings of

your device. If you wish to add users, it is recommended to add users through the

Access Control Standard Server (ACSS). For more information, please refer to

the ACSS manual.

Part 1: Installation and Wiring

Installation

 Attach the waterproof strip to the mounting plate.

 Pull the cables from the square hole of the mounting plate.

 Use a screwdriver to screw the base onto the wall.

 Connect the terminal cables to the body and attach the body to the

mounting plate.

 Assemble the covers with the bundled Allen key and scres.

 Turn on the power, the LED will light and a beep will sound, you will see

“ ” on the Ready LCD screen.
