NetBotz®0-5V Cable (NBES0305)

Installation Instructions

Overview

Thank you for purchasing this NetBotz 0-5V Cable. This cable enables you to connect a single 0-5V

sensor to your NetBotz appliance. With this cable you can now use many standard 0-5V sensors as

external NetBotz sensors.

The NetBotz 0-5V Cable package includes the following items:

Note: You can extend the length of the sensor cable up to 30.5 m (100 feet) using the RJ-45

coupling and standard CAT-5 cabling

Installation

To use your NetBotz 0-5V Cable, connect the two wire leads at the end of the NetBotz 0-5V Cable to

the 0-5V sensor. Use the instructions included with your sensor to determine the proper wiring for

the sensor.

Connect the RJ-45 jack of the NetBotz 0-5V Cable to a Sensor port on your NetBotz appliance.

When you have finished installing, use the Advanced View to specify the conditions that will cause

this sensor to generate a NetBotz alert notification. For more information, refer to the

documentation that came with your appliance.
