STORM LED HEADLAMP
IMPORTANT: Follow all instructions carefully and keep for future
reference.
Battery Life: Your battery life will vary depending on:
• Brand and freshness of batteries
• Length of time the headlamp has been off
• Temperature
• Settings used
*ANSI FL-1 Standard: Runtime to 10% of initial output.
**Reserve: Additional time the lamp will produce usable light for low
intensity activities (measured to .25 Lux @ 4 meters.)
BATTERIES
• Use AAA alkaline, lithium or Black Diamond BD 1500 Li-Ion
rechargeable batteries.
• Do not mix old and new batteries or different battery types
• Dispose of the device/batteries in accordance with applicable local
laws and regulations
DUAL-FUEL COMPATIBLE
This lamp is compatible with the rechargeable lithium-ion BD 1500
Battery which is sold separately.

LIMITED WARRANTY
We warrant for three years from purchase date and only to the original
retail buyer (Buyer) that our lighting products (Products) are free from
defects in material and workmanship. We do not warrant Products
against normal wear and tear, improper use, or improper mainte-
nance. If Buyer discovers a covered defect, Buyer should return the
Product to the place of purchase. In the event that this is not possible,
return the Product to us at the address provided. The Product will be
repaired or replaced at our discretion. That is the extent of our liability
under this Warranty and, upon expiration of the applicable warranty
period, all such liability shall terminate. We reserve the right to require
proof of purchase for all warranty claims. This Warranty gives you
specific rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from
state to state. Except for expressly stated in this Warranty, we shall
not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or other types of damages
arising out of, or resulting from the use of Product. This Warranty is in
lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including, but not limit-
ed to, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular

EN CAS DE DYSFONCTIONNEMENT
Si votre lampe frontale ne fonctionne pas :
• Vérifier si les piles sont correctement insérées et si elles touchent
les contacts.
• Remplacer les piles.
• Repérer toute trace de corrosion sur les contacts et les connexions
et nettoyer si besoin.
• Tester l’interrupteur à plusieurs reprises.

Batterilevetid: Dine batteriers levetid er påvirket af følgende

li-ion-batterier i AAA-størrelse.

• Tjek at batterierne er isat korrekt og rører ved kontakterne

Vi garanterer den oprindelige køber (“køberen”), at vores belysning-
sprodukter (“produkter”) er fri for defekter i materiale og hånd-
værksmæssige fejl i tre år fra købsdatoen. Vi garanterer ikke produkter
mod normalt slid, forkert brug eller forkert vedligeholdelse. Hvis
køberen opdager en dækket mangel, skal køberen returnere pro-
duktet til købsstedet. Hvis dette ikke er muligt, skal vedkommende
returnere produktet til os på den angivne adresse. Produktet vil blive
repareret eller erstattet efter vores skøn. Dette er omfanget af vores

STORM HOOFDLEDLAMP
Batterijduur: De levensduur van de batterij is afhankelijk van de
volgende factoren:
• Merk en leeftijd van de batterij.
• “Hersteltijd” of tijd waarin de lamp niet aan stond.
• Temperatuur.
• Gebruikte instellingen.
*ANSI FL-1 norm: Gebruiksduur tot 10% van oorspronkelijke
uitvoer.
**Reserve: Extra tijd waarin de lamp bruikbaar licht
produceert voor activiteiten met een lage intensiteit (gemeten
tot 0.25 Lux @ 4 meter).
BELANGRIJK: Volg de instructies zorgvuldig en bewaar ze
voor toekomstig gebruik.
BATTERIJEN
• Gebruik AAA alkaline- of lithiumbatterij of Black Diamond BD 1500
li-ion oplaadbare batterijen.
• Gebruik geen oude en nieuwe batterijen of verschillende soorten
batterijen door elkaar
• Voer het apparaat/de batterijen af volgens de lokale wetgeving en
voorschriften

PROBLEEMOPLOSSING
Als de hoofdlamp het niet doet:
• Controleer of de batterijen correct zijn geplaatst en de contactpun-
ten raken.
• Vervang de batterijen.
• Controleer de contactpunten en aansluitingen op corrosie en reinig
indien nodig.
• Schakel een paar keer in en uit.

WAARSCHUWINGEN
• De lamp mag door kinderen jonger dan 12 jaar alleen onder toezicht
van een volwassene worden gebruikt.
• Controleer voor gebruik altijd de juiste werking van uw hoofdlamp
en neem voor kritieke situaties altijd een tweede lamp en voldoende
reservebatterijen mee.
• Kijk niet direct in de lichtbundel en schijn niet direct in iemands
ogen. Fel licht kan de ogen beschadigen. Black Diamond Equipment
is niet verantwoordelijk voor de directe, indirecte of onbedoelde
gevolgen of voor enige andere vorm van schade die kan ontstaan of
voortvloeien uit het gebruik van de producten.
GARANTIEBEPERKINGEN
Wij garanderen gedurende drie jaar na aankoop, en uitsluitend aan
de oorspronkelijke koper (Koper), dat onze verlichtingsproducten
(Producten) geen materiaalfouten of fabricagefouten bevatten. Wij
bieden geen garantie op producten die normale slijtage en aantast-
ingen vertonen of die onjuist zijn gebruikt of onderhouden. Als de
Koper een defect ontdekt die onder de garantie valt, dan dient de
Koper het Product te retourneren aan het verkooppunt. Indien dit niet
mogelijk is, retourneer het Product dan aan het opgegeven adres.
Het Product wordt naar ons eigen inzicht gerepareerd of vervangen.
Dit is de omvang van onze aansprakelijkheid onder deze garantie en,
na het verstrijken van de toepasselijke garantieperiode, eindigt deze
aansprakelijkheid. We behouden ons het recht voor om voor garantie-
claims een aankoopbewijs te eisen.
