USE AND CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Thank you for your purchase of the Crofton Roasting Pan with Rack.
Before using your roasting pan for the rst time:
• Hand wash in warm soapy water using a soft sponge or dishcloth. Roaster and
rack should then be rinsed and dried.
• After cleaning, condition the inside of the roaster and rack. To do this, put some
cooking oil onto a paper towel and wipe onto the nonstick surface. This will
prolong the life of the nonstick surface.
• For best results always use the rack when roasting meats. This allows the heat
to circulate and makes clean up easier.
• Ideal for a turkey or roast up to 30 pounds.
• Always use nylon, wood, or plastic tools with your nonstick roaster. Sharp edges
or metal utensils will scratch through the surface of the nonstick
coating and the coating can come off.
• Washing by hand is recommended. Do not put into the dishwasher as the harsh
detergents can damage the nonstick coating.
• use abrasive cleaning products such as steel wool, scouring pads, or DO NOT
abrasive cleaners.
• DO NOT MICROWAVE
• Be careful to store the nonstick roaster so that it doesn’t rub or scratch against
other cookware. Periodically condition the roaster as needed to maintain the
nonstick surface.

Gracias por su compra de la sartén para asar con soporte Crofton.
Antes de usar la sartén por primera vez:
• Lave a mano en agua tibia y jabonosa con una esponja suave o paño de cocina.
La sartén y el soporte deben estar enjuagados y secos.
• Después de la limpieza, acondicione el interior de la sartén y el soporte. Para
esto, vierta algo de aceite de cocción en una toalla de papel y páselo sobre la
supercie antiadherente. Esto prolongará la vida útil de la supercie
antiadherente.
• Para obtener mejores resultados use siempre el soporte cuando ase carnes. Esto
permite que el calor circule y facilita la limpieza.
• Ideal para pavo o asado de hasta 30 libras.
• Utilice siempre utensilios de nailon, madera o plástico con la sartén
antiadherente. Los utensilios de metal o con bordes alados pueden rayar la
supercie antiadherente y hacer que se desprenda.
• Se recomienda lavar a mano. No la lave en el lavavajillas ya que los detergentes
fuertes pueden dañar el revestimiento antiadherente.
• utilice productos de limpieza abrasivos como lana de acero, estropajos de NO
fregar o limpiadores abrasivos.
• NO USAR EN EL HORNO DE MICROONDAS
• Tenga cuidado al guardar la sartén antiadherente para evitar que no se roce o
raye con otros utensilios de cocina. Dé mantenimiento periódico a la sartén para
cuidar la supercie antiadherente.
