IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
Before using the appliance, basic precauons should always be followed including the
following:
1. Read all instrucons before using.
2. Do not operate the appliance with damaged power cord or plug, aer the appliance
malfuncon, or if it is dropped or damaged in any manner. Return the appliance to the
nearest authorized dealer or aer-sales service center for examinaon, repair, electrical
or mechanical adjustment.
3. When removing the plug from wall outlet, grasp the plug to pull and not the cable.
4. Do not let the power cord hang over edge of table or counter or hot surface.
5. Do not leave the mixer unattended while operang.
6. To protect against risk of electrical shock, do not immerse mixer in water or any other
liquids. This may cause personal injury or damage to the product!
7. Avoid contacng with moving parts. Keep hands, clothing, as well as spatulas and other
utensils away from beater, whisk and dough hook during operaon to reduce the risk of
injury to persons, and/or damage to the appliance.
8. Be careful when liing this appliance as it is heavy.
9. Never use any accessories of parts from other manufacturer or that ELBA does not
specially recommended.
10. Close supervision is necessary when your appliance is being used near children or inrm
persons.
11. Do not place the appliance on or near gas stove or on a heated oven.
12. Bowl must be in proper posion before operang the appliance.
13. Never eject beater, whisk, and dough hook while operang the appliance.
14. Unplug the plug from wall outlet when not in use, before pung on or taking o parts,
and before cleaning.
15. Let the appliance to cool o before cleaning or storing.
16. Do not operate the appliance for other than its intended use.
17. Do not use this mixer outdoors.
18. This appliance is for domesc use only.
19. This appliance is not intended for used by persons (including children) with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilies, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless
they have been given supervision or instrucon concerning use of the appliances by a
person responsible for their safety.
20. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
21. Save these instrucons for future reference.
Important note:
The max operaon me shall not exceed 10 minutes. Let the appliance rest for
approximate minutes unl the mixer has cooled o. 30

Accessories:
Dough hook - For kneading the dough.
Beater - For making cakes, biscuits, pastry, mashed potatoes, buer, cheesecake, etc.
Whisk - For eggs, cream, mousses, etc. Buer or cheese can be mixed by whisk
provided they are thaw to room temperature.
Note: Do not use the whisk for heavy mixtures (example like creaming sugar)
as it will damage the isk.wh
Spatula - For removing ingredients which aached to the bowl.
