ISTRUZIONI PER L’UTENTE
1. PRIMA DELL’UTILIZZO
a)Assicurarsi di essere sufcientemente in grado di
utilizzare il trabattello . Alcune condizioni mediche,
l’uso di medicine e l’abuso di alcol o droghe
possono rendere insicuro l’uso del prodotto.
b)Quando si trasporta il prodotto su portapacchi
o camion, assicurarsi che sia posizionato
correttamente al ne di evitare eventuali danni.
c)Controllare il prodotto dopo la consegna e prima
dell’uso, accertando la buona condizione ed il
corretto funzionamento di tutte le parti
d)Ogni volta che si utilizza il trabattello controllare
visivamente che non sia danneggiato e che sia
sicuro per l’utilizzo
e)Assicurarsi che il prodotto sia adatto per il lavoro
che si deve svolgere
f)Non usare un trabattello danneggiato
g)Rimuovere dal prodotto qualsiasi contaminazione
come pittura bagnata, fango, olio o neve.
h)Prima di usare il prodotto bisogna effettuare una
valutazione dei rischi in base alle norme vigenti nel
paese di utilizzo del trabattello.
2. COLLOCAMENTO E MONTAGGIO DEL
TRABATTELLO
a)Il trabattello deve essere montato correttamente;
b)Se il trabattello è dotato di speciali dispositivi,
assicurarsi di bloccarli prima dell’uso.
c)Il trabattello deve essere posto su una supercie
uniforme e stabile
d) Il trabattello non deve mai essere riposizionato
quando si è sopra.
e)Quando si posiziona il trabattello accertarsi di
non urtare pedoni, veicoli o porte. Fissare porte
(non uscite d’emergenza) e nestre dove possibile
nell’area di lavoro.
f)Valutare eventuali rischi elettrici presenti nell’area
di lavoro come ad esempio cavi sospesi o
apparecchi elettrici.
g)Il trabattello deve appoggiare su propri piedi e
non su gradini.
h)Il trabattello non deve essere posizionato su
superci scivolose (ghiaccio, superci lucide…)
senza avere prima preso misure adeguate per
prevenire lo scivolamento dello stesso
3. UTILIZZO DEL TRABATTELLO
a)Non superare la portata massima indicata sul
prodotto.
b)Non andare oltre l’altezza consentita. L’utente
deve mantenere il proprio bacino entro il termine
dei montanti e durante lo svolgimento del lavoro
entrambi i piedi devono essere posizionati sullo
stesso gradino.
c)Non usare il trabattello per accedere ad un altro
livello.
d)Il trabattello deve essere usato per un lavoro
leggero e di breve durata.
e)Usare il trabattello ad isolamento elettrico per
lavori a contatto con elettricità. Penny è tutto
alluminio non isolato elettricamente. Prestare
attenzione!.
f)Non usare il trabattello all’esterno in condizioni
atmosferiche avverse come in presenza di vento
forte.
g)Fare attenzione che i bambini non giochino sul
trabattello.
h)Fissare porte (non uscite d’emergenza) e nestre
dove possibile nell’area di lavoro.
i)Non girarsi mai durante la salita e la discesa
volgere sempre il volto al trabattello.
j)Tenersi ben stretti al trabattello mentre si sale e
si scende.
k)Indossare scarpe adeguate quando si sale sul
trabattello.
l)Evitare eccessivi carichi laterali come ad esempio
perforazioni di mattoni e calcestruzzi.
m)Non sostare lunghi periodi sul trabattello senza
pause (la stanchezza può essere un rischio)
n) Il trabattello se usato per accedere a livelli
superiori deve protrarsi di almeno 1 m sul punto in
cui si deve accedere.
o) Qualsiasi arnese utilizzato mentre si accede al
trabattello deve essere leggero e maneggevole.
p)Evitare i lavori che richiedono carichi laterali
mentre si è sul trabattello come trapanazioni di
materiali duri (mattoni e calcestruzzo).
4. RIPARAZIONE, MANUTENZIONE E
IMMAGAZZINAMENTO
Le riparazioni e manutenzioni devono essere
effettuate da persone competenti e seguendo le
istruzioni del produttore.
Il prodotto deve essere immagazzinato secondo le
istruzioni del produttore.
I depositi di sporchi provocati dall’uso possono
essere rimossi con acqua e pasta per la pulizia.
5. GARANZIA
Il trabatttello PENNY è garantito 5 anni contro tutti i
difetti di fabbricazione.
Il fabbricante declina ogni responsabilità in caso di:
-Utilizzo di parti e/o componenti diversi da quelli
originali
-Impiego in condizioni non previste.
-Cattiva e/o carente manutenzione dei componenti.
-Trascuratezza e/o malconservazione del prodotto.
6. Inoltre:
-La garanzia decade automaticamente se non
è possibile risalire alla data di fabbricazione
(marcatura o non leggibilità della marcatura).
-La garanzia non si applica alle parti soggette
ad usura da utilizzo, ne a componenti modicati,
trasformati, riparati da terzi o comunque non
corrispondenti all’origine.
-La garanzia è limitata agli elementi riconosciuti
difettosi dal fabbricante.
-Il fabbricante declina ogni responsabilità in caso
di utilizzo di componenti diversi da quelli originali.
USER’S INSTRUCTION
1. Before use
a) Make sure that you are enough t to use
the scaffolding. Some medical conditions or
medication, alcohol or drug abuse could make the
product’s use unsafe.
b) When transporting the product on roof rack or in
a truck, ensure they are suitably placed to prevent
damages;
c) Visually check the product after the delivery
and before using it; making sure about the good
condition of the product and that all parties work
correctly.
d) Every time you use the scaffolding check that it
isn’t damaged and it’s safe to use.
e) Ensure that the product is suitable for the task
that you should execute.
f) Don’t use damaged scaffolding.
g) Remove any contamination from the product
such as wet paint, mud, oil or snow.
h) Before using the product you should make a
risks assessment according to the rules in force in
country of the product’s use.
2. PRODUCT’S POSITIONING AND ASSEMBLING
a) The scaffolding should be correctly assembled.
b) If scaffolding is tted with locking devices, they
should be fully secured before use;
c) Scaffolding should be placed on an even and
steady base;
d) The product should never be positioned when a
person is on.
e) When positioning the scaffolding make sure to
don’t hit pedestrians, vehicles or doors. Fix doors
(but not re exits) and windows, if possible, in the
work area.
f) Evaluate eventual electrical risks in the work
area, like overhead lines or other exposed electrical
equipments.
g) Scaffolding should be stood on its feet, not
rungs, steps.
h) Scaffolding should not be positioned on slippery
surfaces (such as ice, shiny surfaces or signicantly
contaminated solid surfaces) without taking
additional measures to prevent the ladder slipping.
3. USING THE SCAFFOLDING
a) Don’t exceed the maximum loading capacity
shown on the products.
b) Don’t overreach the permitted height; users
should keep their pelvis inside the stiles’ end and
both feet should be positioned on the same step/
rung.
c)
Don’t use the scaffolding to access to another level.
d) The scaffolding should be only used for light
work and for short duration.
e) Use electric insulation scaffolding to work in
contact with electricity. Penny is in aluminium. So it
isn’t electrically insulated. Pay attention !!
f) Don’t use the ladder outside in adverse weather
conditions, like strong wind.
g) Pay attention that children don’t play on the
product.
h) Fix doors (but not re exits) and windows, if
possible, in the work area.
i) Don’t turn the back to the scaffolding when
mounting and descending.
j) Keep a secure grip on the scaffoldingwhen
mounting and descending.
k) Wear suitable footwear when climbing the
scaffolding.
l) Avoid excessive side loadings e.g. drilling brick
and concrete;
m) Do not spend long periods on a scaffolding
without regular breaks (tiredness is a risk);
n) If the scaffolding is used to access to upper
levels, it should exceed 1 m. in comparison with
the landing surface.
o) Every equipment carried while using the
scaffolding should be light and easy to handle;
p) Avoid works that impose a sideways load on
scaffolding such as side-on drilling through solid
materials (e.g. brick or concrete).
4. REPAIR, MAINTENANCE AND STORAGE
Repairs and maintenances should be carried out
by a competent person and they should be in
accordance with the producer’s instructions.
The product should be stored in accordance with
the producer’s instructions.
The dirty sediments caused by the use can be
removed with water or special substance for
cleaning.
5. WARRANTY
The scaffolding PENNY has 5 year warranty against
production defects.
The manufacturer disclaims all responsibility in
case of:
- use of parts and/or elements different from the
original ones.
- use of the product in unmentioned conditions
- bad or lacking maintenance of parts
- bad conservation of the product
6. furthermore:
- The guarantee is void if it isn’t possible to go back
to the manufacturing date (illegibility or lack of the
marking of date).
- The guarantee doesn’t cover those parts subject
to wear and also those elements changed or repai-
red by unauthorized people and so that they aren’t
the equivalent of authentic components.
- The guarantee is limited to the faulty parts reco-
gnized by the manufacturer.
- If other unauthentic parts are used, the manufac-
turer will disclaim any responsibility.
INSTRUCTIONS POUR L’UTILISATEUR
1. AVANT CHAQUE UTILISATION
a) Assurez-vous d’être sufsamment capable
d’utiliser l’échafaudage. Certaines conditions
médicales comme l’usage de médicaments et
l’abus de l’alcool ou drogues peuvent rendre
dangereux l’utilisation du produit.
b) Lorsque l’on transporte le produit sur un porte-
bagages ou un camion, assurez-vous que il soit
positionné correctement pour éviter d’éventuels
dommages.
c) Contrôlez le produit après la livraison et avant de
l’utiliser, en vériant la bonne condition et le bon
fonctionnement de toutes les parties.
d) Chaque fois que l’échafaudage est utilisé,
contrôlez que le produit n’ait pas de dommages et
que il soit sûr pour l’utilisation.
e) Assurez-vous que le produit soit indiqué pour le
travail qu’on doit faire.
f) N’utilisez pas un échafaudage endommagé.
g) Enlevez du produit toutes les contaminations
comme peinture mouillée, boue, huile ou neige.
h) Avant d’utiliser le produit, il faut effectuer une
évaluation des risques selon les normes en vigueur
dans le pays d’utilisation d’échafaudage.
2. MISE EN PLACE ET MONTAGE DE
L’ECHAFAUDAGE
a) L’échafaudage doit être monté correctement.
b) Si l’échafaudage est équipé de dispositifs
spéciaux, il faut assurer de les bloquer avant
l’utilisation.
c) L’échafaudage doit être positionné sur une
surface uniforme et stable.
d) L’échafaudage ne doit jamais être repositionné
quand la personne est dessus.
e) Quand on dispose l’échafaudage assurez de ne
pas heurter piétons, véhicules ou portes. Fixez les
portes (pas les sorties d’urgence) et fenêtres, où
possible, dans la zone de travail.
f) Estimez les éventuels risques électriques dans
la zone de travail comme par exemple câbles ou
appareils électriques.
g) L’échafaudage doit appuyer sur les patins et pas
sur les escaliers.
h) L’échafaudage ne doit pas être appuyé sur
surfaces glissantes (comme par exemple sols
mouillés ou surface luisantes) sans avoir pris avant
les mesures nécessaires pour éviter le glissement.
3. UTILISATION DE L’ECHAFAUDAGE
a) Il ne faut pas dépasser la charge d’utilisation
maxi indiquée sur le produit.
b) Il ne faut pas dépasser la hauteur permise.
L’utilisateur doit maintenir le bassin entre la n des
montants et pendant le déroulement du travail les
pieds doivent être positionnés sur la même marche.
c) N’utilisez pas l’échafaudage pour accéder à un
autre niveau.
d) L’échafaudage doit être utilisé pour un travail
léger et bref.
e) Il faut utiliser des échafaudages à isolation
électrique pour travaux au contact de l’électricité.
Penny est tout en aluminium. Il n’est pas isolé
électriquement. Faire attention !!
f) Ne pas utiliser l’échafaudage à l’exterieur pendant
conditions atmosphériques hostiles comme par
exemple en présence du vent fort.
g) Faites attention que les enfants ne jouent pas
sur le produit.
h) Fixez les portes (pas les sorties d’urgence) et les
fenêtres, où possible, dans la zone de travail.
i) Quand vous sortez et descendez de l’échafaudage,
ne tournez jamais le dos à l’échafaudage.
j) Tenez vous bien à l’échafaudage quand vous
sortez et descendez.
k) Portez des chaussures appropriées quand vous
montez sue le produit.
l) Évitez des charges excessives latérales comme
par exemple le forage de briques et bétons.
m) Ne stationnez pas longtemps sur l’échafaudage
sans faire des pauses (la fatigue peut être un
risque).
n) Les échafaudages utilisées pour accéder aux
niveaux supérieurs doivent se prolonger de 1 m par
rapport au point sur lequel on doit accéder.
o) Chaque outil utilisé pendant l’utilisation de
l’échafaudage doit être léger et maniable.
p) Evitez les travaux qui demandent des charges
latérales pendant l’utilisation de l’échafaudage
comme par exemple le forage des matériaux durs
(briques et bétons).
4. RÉPARATION, ENTRETIEN ET STOCKAGE
Les réparations et entretiens doivent être effectuées
par des personnes compétentes il faut suivre les
indications du fabricant.
Le produit doit être stocké selon les instructions
du fabricant.
Les dépôts de saleté provoqués par l’utilisation,
peuvent être enlevés avec de l’eau, ou du produit
pour le nettoyage.
5. GARANTIE
L’échafaudage PENNY est garanti pendant 5 ans
contre les vices de fabrication.
Le fabricant décline toute responsabilité en cas de :
-usage de parties et/ou de composants différents
de ceux originaux
-emploi dans des conditions non prévues
-mauvais ou insufsant entretien des composants
-mauvais stockage du produit.
6. En plus:
- la garantie s’annule automatiquement s’ il n’ est
pas possible de remonter à la date de fabrication
(absence ou impossibilité de lecture du marquage)
- la garantie ne s’applique pas aux parties soumi-
ses à l’usure par l’utilisation ni à des composants
modiés, transformés, réparés par d’autres per-
sonnes, ou de toute façon qui ne correspondent
pas aux origines.
- la garantie est limitée aux éléments reconnus
comme défectueux par le constructeur.
- le fabricant décline toute responsabilité en cas
d’utilisation de composants différents de ceux ori-
ginaux.
GEBRAUCHSANWEISUNGEN FÜR DEN
BENUTZER
1. VOR DEM GEBRAUCH VON GERÜST
a) Versichern Sie sich, dass Sie in der Lage sind,
das Produkt, bzw. das Gerüst benutzen zu können.
Bestimmte gesundheitliche Gegebenheiten, wie
z.B. die vorherige Einnahme von Medikamenten
und Alkohol- oder Drogenmissbrauch können
die ordnungsgemäße Benutzung des Gerüstes
unsicher machen.
b) Wenn Sie das Gerüst auf Dachträgern oder
in einem LKW transportieren, stellen Sie zur
Verhinderung von Schäden sicher, dass diese auf
angemessene Weise befestigt/angebracht sind.
c) Nach der Lieferung/dem Kauf sollten Sie die das
Gerüst vor der ersten Benutzung überprüfen, um
den Zustand und die Funktion aller Teile sicher zu
stellen.
d) Sichtprüfung des Gerüstes auf Beschädigung und
sichere Benutzung zu Beginn jedes Arbeitstages,
an dem das Gerüst benutzt wird.
e) Stellen Sie sicher, dass das Gerüst für den
jeweiligen Einsatz geeignet ist.
f) Benutzen Sie niemals ein beschädigtes Gerüst.
g) Alle Verunreinigungen am Gerüst, z.B. nasse
Farbe, Schlamm, Öl und Schnee beseitigen.
h) Vor der Benutzung des Gerüstes während
der Arbeit bedenken Sie die eventuellen Risiken
unter Berücksichtigung der Rechtsvorschriften im
jeweiligen Land der Benutzung.
2. VORBEREITEN UND AUFSTELLEN DES
GERÜSTES
a) Das Gerüst muss in der richtigen Aufstellposition
aufgestellt werden.
b) Sperreinrichtungen -sofern angebracht- müssen
vor der Benutzung vollständig gesichert werden.
c) Das Gerüst muss auf einem ebenen,
waagerechten und unbeweglichen Untergrund
stehen.
d) Das Gerüst darf niemals von oben her in eine
neue Stellung gebracht werden.
e) Wenn das Gerüst in Stellung gebracht wird, muss
das Risiko einer eventuellen Kollision vermieden
werden, z.B. mit Fußgängern, Fahrzeugen und
Türen. Türen (jedoch nicht Notausgänge) und
Fenster im Arbeitsbereich verriegeln, falls möglich.
f) Alle durch elektrische Betriebsmittel im
Arbeitsbereich gegebenen Risiken feststellen,
z.B. Hochspannungs-Freileitungen oder andere
freiliegende elektrische Betriebsmittel.
g) Das Gerüst muss auf seine/ihre Füße gestellt
werden, nicht auf die Sprossen, bzw. Stufen.
h) Das Gerüst darf nicht auf rutschige Oberächen
gestellt werden, wie z.B. Eis oder frisch gewachster
Fußboden, sofern nicht durch zusätzliche
Sicherheits-Maßnahmen verhindert wird, dass das
Gerüst rutscht oder das die verunreinigten Stellen
ausreichend sauber sind.
3. BENUTZUNG DES GERÜSTES
a) Überschreiten Sie niemals die maximale Nutzlast
der jeweiligen Leiternart.
b) Nicht zu weit hinauslehnen. Der Benutzer muss
seinen Beckenbereich zwischen den Holmen halten
und mit beiden Füßen auf derselben Stufe/Sprosse
stehen.
c) Gerüst nicht zum Aufsteigen auf eine andere
Ebene benutzen.
d) Das Gerüst darf nur für leichte Arbeiten und für
kurze Dauer benutzt werden.
e) Für unvermeidbare Arbeiten unter elektrischer
Spannung nicht leitend Gerüst benutzen. Das
Gerüst ist aus Aluminium. Das Produkt ist nicht
elektrisch isoliert. Achtung !!
f) Das Gerüst nicht im Freien bei ungünstigen
Wetterbedingungen, wie z.B. starkem Wind
benutzen.
g) Passen Sie auf dass Kinder nicht auf dem Gerüst
spielen.
h) Verriegeln Sie Türen (aber keine Notausgänge)
und Fenster im Arbeitsbereich.
i) Mit dem Gesicht zum Gerüst aufsteigen und
absteigen
j) Beim Aufsteigen und Absteigen gut an dem
Gerüst festhalten.
k) Beim Besteigen des Gerüstes geeignete Schuhe
tragen.
l) Übermäßige seitliche Belastungen vermeiden,
z.B. Bohren in Mauerwerk und Beton.
m) Nicht zu lange ohne regelmäßige
Unterbrechungen auf dem Gerüst bleiben
(Müdigkeit ist eine oft unterschätzte Gefahr).
n) Gerüst für den Zugang zu einer größeren Höhe
müssen mindestens 1 m über den Anlegepunkt
hinaus ausgefahren werden.
o) Besteigen Sie das Gerüst ausschließlich mit
leichten und handlichen Werkzeugen.
p) Arbeiten, die eine seitliche Belastung des
Gerüstes bewirken, z.B. seitliches Bohren durch
feste Werkstoffe (z.B. Mauerwerk oder Beton),
vermeiden.
4. REPARATUR, WARTUNG UND LAGERUNG
Reparaturen und Wartungsarbeiten müssen von
einer sachkundigen Person und den Anleitungen
des Herstellers entsprechend durchgeführt werden.
Das Produkt muss nach Anweisungen des
Herstellers gelagert werden
Eventuelle Schmutzablagerungen auf dem Gerüst
können einfach mit Wasser oder mit speziellen
Reinigungsmitteln entfernt werden.
5. GARANTIE
Das Gerüst PENNY hat 5 Jahre Garantie auf alle
Herstellungsfehler.
Der Erzeuger lehnt jedoch jede Verantwortung ab:
-Wenn Teile und/oder Komponenten benutzt
werden, die keine Originalteile sind.
-Bei Benutzung des Gerüstes außerhalb der oben
genannten Einsatzzwecke.
-Bei schlechter und/oder mangelnder Wartung der
Teile.
-Bei schlechter Lagerung/Instandhaltung des
Produktes
6. Außerdem:
-Sollte das Herstellungsdatum fehlen oder
unleserlich sein, ist die Garantie automatisch
ungültig.
-Die Garantie gilt nicht für Teile, die der Abnutzung
unterliegen. Gleiches gilt für Komponenten, die
von dritten Personen geändert, verwandelt oder
repariert worden sind und keine Originalteile sind.
-Die Garantie beschränkt sich ausschließlich
auf Elemente, die vom Hersteller als fehlerhaft
eingeschätzt werden.

Per il montaggio dei componenti seguire le
indicazioni riportate sotto il piano di lavoro.
1 2 3 Fissate il piano di lavoro al 3° gradino da
terra bloccandolo con le 2 diagonali al gradino
con le leve ad espansione.
4 5 6 Fissate il piano al gradino anche con le
4 piastrine metalliche antiribaltamento

Under the working platform you’ll nd the
instructions for the component’s assembling.
1 2 3 Place the working platform at 3rd rung
from the oor; x it to the rungs through the long
levers of the 2 diagonals.
4 5 6 Moreover block the working platform to
the rung through the 4 anti-overturning metallic
plates.

Pour monter les composants, Il faut suivre les
instructions positionnées sous le plateau.
1 2 3 Positionner le plateau sur le 3° échelon
du bas et le xer aux échelons avec le système
d’accrochage rapide des 2 diagonales.
4 5 6 Bloquez le plateau au échelon aussi par
le 4 plaques métalliques anti-basculement.

Sprosse vom Boden und blockieren Sie sie durch
die ossenförmigen Hebel der 2 Diagonalen.
4 5 6 Außerdem befestigen Sie die Bühne durch
die 4 Metallplättchen gegen unbeabsichtiges
Umkippen.
