So verbinden Sie den ASD-RRC mit dem ASD-10QR:
1. Drehen Sie eines der miteinander verbundenen
Rauchmelder aus der Bodenplatte.
2. Drücken Sie die Fernbedienungstaste 5 mal. Die
Fernbedienung wird in einen Verbindungsmodus
gehen und beginnt jede Sekunde zu blinken.
3. Drücken Sie kurz auf die Testtaste des abgedreh-
ten ASD-10QR. Die Fernbedienung blinkt ein
letztes Mal und geht in den Standby-Modus.
4. Nun sind alle miteinander verbundenen Rauchmel-
der an den ASD-RRC angeschlossen.
5. Installieren Sie den ASD-10QR wieder auf die Bo-
denplatte und testen Sie diese mit der Fernbedien-
ung.
How to connect the ASD-RRC to the ASD-10QR:
1. Remove 1 of the interconnected smoke alarms
form the bottom plate.
2. Press the remote control button 5 times. The
remote control will go into a connecting mode and
willstartashingeverysecond.
3. Press shortly on the test button of the disconnec-
tedASD-10QR.Theremotecontrolwillashone
last time and go into the standby mode.
4. Now all the interconnected smoke alarms arecon-
nected to the ASD-RRC.
5. Install the ASD-10QR back to the bottom plate
and test the alarm using the remote contro
How to test a smoke alarm.
Approach the smoke alarm you want to test. The
smoke alarm should be in the base and in standby
mode.
Pressandhold(5-10sec.)theTestbuttononthe
remote control until the smoke alarm will go to the
Alarm mode.
The transmission of Test signal by the remote con-
trolgoesalongwithfrequentashingoftheredLED
on the control.
After the alarm has been activated the smoke alarm
will stay ± 10 sec. in the alarm mode.
How to put the smoke alarm to Hush mode.
Approach the smoke alarm you want to test. The
smoke alarm should be in the base and in standby
mode. Push the Test button on the remote control.
The remote control will be transmitting the Hush
signalforaround7sec.andtheredLEDwillbe
ashing.
Within this time the smoke alarm shall go to the
Hush mode. The hush mode is indicated by the red
LEDandashesevery10sec.
How to reset the Alarm mode.
Come as close as possible to the smoke alarm in
the Alarm mode.
Push and hold for 1-2 seconds the Test button on
the remote control until the alarm sound will stop.
After releasing the Test button the smoke alarm will
go to the Hush mode for 10 min.
NOTE: If the command from the remote control has
not been executed slightly change the position of the
remote control relative to the smoke alarm and try
again.
Product Warranty:
If used and maintained properly, the manufacturer
guarantees this product, excluded battery, against
material and/or manufacturing defects for a period
of 3 years from the original date of purchase.
Exceptions include damage arising from accidents
or misuse. If the product becomes defective within
the stated period, then it will be repaired or replaced
free of charge. Please do not attempt to repair the
product yourself or tinker with it, which will invalidate
the warranty.
Instructions for Removal:
Do not dispose of your old remote control
in the bin, but rather hand it in to a local
collection point for small, domestic waste.

Testfunktion des Rauchmelders:
Gehen Sie so nah wie möglich an den Rauchmelder
den Sie bedienen möchten. Der Melder muss sich
imStandby(Überwachungsfunktion)benden.
Halten Sie den TEST-Knopf 5 – 10 Sek (
dabeileuchtetdieroteLED)gedrückt,bisder
Rauchmelder in den Alarmmodus wechselt.
Nachdem der Alarm der Rauchmelder aktiviert
wurde, wird der Rauchmelder ± 10 Sek. Alarm
geben.
Aktivierung der Stummschaltung:
Richten Sie die Fernbedienung in Richtung des
Melders der gesteuert werden soll. Der Melder sollte
im Standby-Modus sein. Drücken Sie kurz den
Testknopf auf der Fernbedienung, das Funksignal
sendetfürca7SekundeneinSignal,unddierote
LEDblinktgleichzeitig.Innerhalbder7Sek.erfolgt
die Stummschaltung, die Anzeige dazu ist das
blinken der LED alle 10 Sekunden.
Zurücksetzen einer Alarmmeldung:
Richten Sie die Fernbedienung so nah wie möglich
an den Alarm gebenden Rauchmelder.
Drücken Sie den Testknopf für 1 – 2 Sek. dann stellt
sich der Alarmton ab, und der Rauchmelder stellt
sich in die Stummschaltungsfunktion für 10 Minuten
(danachautomatischindieStandby-Position).
ACHTUNG: Verändern Sie Ihre Position zum
Meldern, sollte dieser nicht auf die Fernbedienung
reagieren, und versuchen Sie es erneut.
Produktgarantie:
Bei sachgemäßer Verwendung und Wartung ab
dem ursprünglichen Erwerbsdatum durch den
Verbraucher gibt der Hersteller für dieses Produkt,
excl. Batterie, eine Garantie von 3 Jahren auf
Material- und/oder Produktionsfehler.
Ausgenommen von dieser Garantie sind Schäden,
die durch Unfälle oder unsachgemäße Verwendung
entstanden sind. Wenn das Produkt innerhalb der
angegebenen Garantiezeit Fehler aufweist, wird es
kostenlos ausgetauscht oder repariert.
Versuchen Sie nicht, das Produkt selbst zu
reparieren oder daran herumzubasteln, da die
