2. Safety Instructions
•Protect the product from dirt, moisture and overheating, and only use it in a dry
environment.
•Do not use the product in areas where the use of electronic products is not permitted.
•Do not drop the product and do not expose it to any major shocks.
•Dispose of packaging material immediately according to locally applicable regulations.
•Do not modify the product in any way. Doing so voids the warranty.
Warning – Batteries
•When inserting the batteries, make sure that the polarity is correct (“+” and “-”
markings). Failure to do so could result in the batteries leaking or exploding.
•Do not mix old and new batteries or batteries of a different type or make.
•Immediately remove dead batteries from the product and dispose of them.
•Remove the batteries from products that are not being used for an extended period.
•Do not charge non-rechargeable batteries.
•Keep batteries out of the reach of children.
3. Operation
You can control various functions on your PC/notebook using the gestures listed below.
GESTURE FUNCTION
WINDOWS VISTA, WINDOWS 7, WINDOWS 8
Control the cursor by moving your finger.
Tapping corresponds to clicking the left mouse button
(single and double clicks).
Press: left mouse button
Press: right mouse button
GESTURE FUNCTION
Scroll vertically/horizontally by moving two fingers.
Swipe upwards with three fingers to access the Windows Start screen
(Windows 8/8.1) or the Windows Start menu (Windows Vista/7). (G5)
Swipe downwards with three fingers to access the desktop. (G4)
Swipe to the left with three fingers to go one page back in your Internet
browser. (G3)
Swipe to the right with three fingers to go one page ahead in your Internet
browser. (G3)
GESTURE FUNCTION
Increase volume
Decrease volume
Media player: Play the previous track
Media player: Play the next track
Maximise window
GESTURE FUNCTION
Minimise window

Swipe from the left edge to switch between apps.
Swipe from the right edge to open the charms bar. (G1)
Swipe downwards from the top edge to open the app menu. (G2)
Zoom in by sliding two fingers apart.
GESTURE FUNCTION
Zoom out by pinching two fingers together.
Note – Battery charge
•We recommend switching off the keyboard/touchpad while the device is not in use in
order to increase the battery life.
