2. Wear Earbuds
Both earbuds are marked with a L or R to indicate the
appropriate ear side; earbuds are differently angled to
fit either the left or the right ear.
The proper fit will ensure the best sound quality. Insert
the earbud into your ear and rotate slightly clockwise
(as shown in image below); adjust for comfort.

1. Before Using
POWER ON AND PAIRING
Please charge your earbuds before use. Simply
take the earbuds out of the charging case and
insert them into your ears. The earbuds will
automatically power on and become ready to
pair to your device.
The earbuds are rated IPX6 Waterproof which
means that the earbuds can resist high
pressure water sprays however they shouldn't
be submerged under water for a long period
of time.

Place both earbuds into the charging case whenever not
using; Make sure to keep the lid closed.
Plug the USB-C side of the charging cable into the charging
port located on the backside of the charging case. Then
plug the USB-A side of the charging cable into a standard
USB-A charger or port.
TROUBLESHOOTING

Place both earbuds into the charging case and leave
the lid closed; take earbuds out of charging case after
15 seconds.
This simple trick will resolve most problems which
include but isn't limited to L/R channel disconnection
or pairing/connectivity issues with devices.

The earbuds will automatically power on and connect to
the previously paired device whenever the charging case
is open.
To power on the earbuds
without the charging case,
hold the touch area of both
earbuds for 2 seconds until a
"Power on" prompt is heard.

TROUBLE SHOOTING: When the battery is completely drained while
not in use for a long period of time, try charging it a few times as it will resume its normal charging process.
Restart the charging process if the charging indicator does not respond or is turned off after a few minutes.

1. How can I power on/off the earbuds?
2. How can I play/pause music or receive calls?
The earbuds will automatic ally power on when the charging
case is open and power off when placed back into the
charging case with the lid closed.
Whenever the charging case isn’t near the earbuds, hold the
touch area of both earbuds for 2s to Power on and hold the
touch area of both earbuds for 5s to Power off.
Simply touch the touch area of either earbud to Play / Pause
music. Double touch either earbud to receive phone calls.
3. How can I control the volume of the music or call?
Touch and hold the touch area of of the Right/Left earbud to
turn Up/Down the volume.
4. What will affect the total playtime?
Playtime will vary by the volume level, type of audio and
connection status.

You can adjust the Volume Up/Down by touching and
holding the touch area of the earbuds. The Right earbud
will adjust the Volume Up and the Left earbud will adjust
the Volume Down; a sound prompt "Du..du..du.." will be
heard from both earbuds.
You can skip tracks by double touching the touch area
of the earbuds. The Right earbud will skip to the next
track and the Left earbud will skip to the previous track.

is music mode, you can triple tap the touch area of
either the Right or Left earbud to switch the mode to
game mode.

Charging Case
The SG100 earbuds will provide a playtime of 18 hours.
Get up to 5 hours on a single charge and an additional
13 hours from the included charging case. For a quick
charge, place both earbuds back into the charging case
for 20 minutes and get 1.5 hours of listening time.
** Listening time measured on a single charge at an
80% volume level.

3. Checking the Battery Level
A.Earbuds
• The side LED lights will pulse when the lid is closed and will
continue to pulse until the earbuds are fully charged.
• The side LED lights will turn off once the earbuds are fully
charged.
• The bottom LED will indicate the battery level of the case
whenever connected to a charger.
• All four bottom LEDs will be lit when charging is complete.
• The bottom LED will display the battery level of the case
for 10 seconds when the lid is opened.
