STEP 1 -- MATCH & CONNECT WIRES

IMPORTANT
Before starting, compare items on your invoice with items
received. Thoroughly check packing materials. If an item
is missing, please call Crutchfield at 1-888-955-6000.
Match wires below to the matching function of each wire on your receiver (refer to instructions supplied with receiver). The wire colors of your
new receiver may, or may not, match the wire colors of the adaptor. Match adaptor and receiver wires by function, disregarding color.
If your receiver does not have an Illumination wire, tape off the Orange wire.
Connect Black wire to Ground wire of new receiver.
Individually tape off any unused wires.
Make final wiring connections following
instructions on the next page.

Violet/Black - Right Rear Speaker Negative
Red - 12 Volts Switched Power
Violet - Right Rear Speaker Positive
Green - Left Rear Speaker Positive
Yellow - 12 Volts Constant Power
Gray - Right Front Speaker Positive
Gray/Black - Right Front Speaker Negative
Green/Black - Left Rear Speaker Negative
White/Black - Left Front Speaker Negative
Black - Chassis Ground
Wires are longer than shown.
Blue - Power Antenna
Orange - Illumination
Use all wires in this harness for the 2004-'07
Ford Mustang with Shaker 1000 system.
Red RCA plug:
Use this for center channel speaker/amp in
2004-'06 Lincoln LS and 2004-'05 Ford
Thunderbird.
White RCA plug:
Use this for all vehicles. Connect to
subwoofer output of new receiver.
Use the Red and White RCAs for 2004-'07 Ford
Mustang with Shaker 1000 system. Connect to
Subwoofer outputs of new receiver.
Use Blue/White Subwoofer Amp
Turn-on with White Subwoofer RCA.
Blue/Red - Connects to both Blue/White Wires on Amp/Sub harness
Black - Chassis Ground
Blue/White - Connects to Blue/White Amp Remote Wire from receiver
