INSTRUCTION GUIDE

1 Determine the height of the supply outlet box, a normal

height is 36 inches to 42 inches from the nished oor

to the bottom of the box.

Install the nailing brackets to the box and align the box

with the measurements on the studs.

Solvent cement the drainpipe to the box hub using

approved Oatey primer and cement.

Secure the water lines into the valve bodies then turn the water on to check for leaks.

Pressure test the DWV system or branch line and check for leaks in the drain to box connection.

If pressure testing is not possible, check with your local building ofcials for an approved testing

procedure. this should be completed before the drywall is installed.

Connect the supply line hoses to the valves and insert the drain hose into the drain opening of

the box. Once all connections have been tightened, cycle the appliance while checking for leaks.
