A. Ingebruikname
1. Benodigdheden
Om uw Polycom SoundStation IP 5000, IP 6000 of IP 7000 met NFON te gebruiken heeft u een
stabiele breedband internet verbinding nodig.
2. Activeren van een toestel in het serviceportal
Elk toestel dat u ontvangt is voor geconfigureerd voor gebruik met NFON. Verdere informatie met
betrekking tot het toevoegen van een gebruiker kunt u vinden in het serviceportal handboek.
B. Bediening
1. Overzicht
Polycom SoundStation IP 5000:
LED Status:
De LED-verlichting toont de status van uw conferentie telefoon:
Continue rood: De microfoon van het toestel is tijdens het gesprek uitgeschakeld(„Mute“)
Rood knipperend: Een gesprek staat in de wacht(„Hold“)
Continue groen: Vrije lijn tijdens het ingeven van het nummer
Groen knipperend: Inkomende oproep

Luidspreker
Microfoon
LED Status:
De LED toont de status van uw conferentie telefoon:
