1. Align the Brass Inserts:
This Lock block has 4 brass inserts that align with the existing counter sunk
holes in the cradle backplate.
3. Using the Key Lock
The key lock can be slid down and over the top of the tablet after it is docked.
Press the center pin in to lock the block in place. To unlock it, use the included
keys to turn the lock until the center pin pops out.
This provides additional protection from vibration that occurs front to back in
more rugged environments and in locations where the tablet should not be
removed while in use.
2. Mount the Lock Block:
Using the included fasteners, place the spring lock block on the back of the cradle,
then use the include Allen wrench and fasteners to attach the block.
4. Modular System:
This key lock block one of several modular components of this cradle that allow for
easy upgrade or repair in the event a cradle is damaged. It includes 2 identical keys to
lock and unlock the center pin.
