1 Indicaciones de Seguridad
• Lea completamente estas instrucciones antes de utilizar su aparato.
• Este aparato es sólo para uso doméstico, no industrial. Cualquier uso diferente

en el lavavajillas.
• El aparato debe conectarse a una base de toma de corriente que disponga de
un contacto de tierra adecuado.
CLa temperatura en las ranuras de entrada de pan y en las varillas
calientapanes puede ser elevada cuando el aparato está en
funcionamiento. La temperatura de los paneles metálicos del
cuerpo principal también puede ser elevada.
• El pan puede arder, de modo que el tostador de pan no debe usarse en
proximidad o debajo de materiales combustibles, como cortinas.
• No deje el tostador en funcionamiento sin vigilancia.
b¡¡ATENCION!!: Cuando desee desprenderse del aparato, NUNCA
lo deposite en la basura, sino que acuda al PUNTO LIMPIO o de
recogida de residuos mas cercano a su domicilio, para su
posterior tratamiento. De esta manera, esta contribuyendo al

3 Utilización
Este aparato p1-ha sido diseñado para descongelar, tostar y calentar pan.
Retire completamente todos los elementos que se encuentran dentro o
fuera del aparato que sirvieron para su transporte y embalaje.
Nunca introduzca utensilios en el tostador. Evite que el cable o
cualquier otro objeto se encuentre sobre la boca de entrada de pan
durante el funcionamiento.
No cubra el tostador cuando esté en uso.
Coloque correctamente la bandeja recogemigas. Nunca utilice el
tostador sin colocar correctamente la bandeja recogemigas.
• Antes de utilizar el tostador por primera vez, póngalo a funcionar sin pan
durante unos minutos. Es normal que produzca un poco de humo al
principio.
1 Enchufe la clavija a la red, recogiendo el cable sobrante en el
recogecables de la parte inferior del aparato, y regule a su gusto el nivel
de tostado mediante el mando (8) (fig. 1). Mediante el mando (8) se
ajusta el tiempo que dura el proceso de tostado.
2 Introduzca el pan por las ranuras (3) y deslice hacia abajo el mando de
puesta en marcha (6) (fig. 2). Se ilumina el piloto de funcionamiento
(13).
3 El proceso de tostado finalizará automáticamente, aunque si lo desea
puede detenerlo anticipadamente pulsando el botón (12). Al finalizar, el
mando de puesta en marcha (6) retorna a su posición inicial, el piloto
(13) se apaga y las tostadas aparecen en la parte superior de las
ranuras de entrada (fig. 3).
En caso de que el pan se bloquee en el interior del tostador, desenchufe
el aparato, espere a que se enfríe y extraiga el pan con la mano.
Función descongelar
Esta función le permite descongelar y tostar pan cómodamente en un
sólo paso. Mediante esta función, se alarga en un 30%
aproximadamente el tiempo que dura el proceso de tostado.
1 Regule a su gusto el nivel de tostado mediante el mando (8) e
introduzca el pan en las ranuras de entrada.
2 Deslice hacia abajo el mando de puesta en marcha (6) y pulse el botón
de descongelación (10) (fig. 4). Se encienden el piloto de
descongelación (10) y de funcionamiento (13).
3 El proceso de descongelación y tostado se realiza automáticamente en
un sólo paso, aunque si lo desea puede detenerlo anticipadamente
pulsando el botón (12). Tras finalizar el proceso, las tostadas son
expulsadas y los pilotos (10) y (13) se apagan.
Función recalentar
Esta función es útil para volver a calentar pan p1-ya tostado que se ha
enfriado por haber transcurrido un tiempo considerable. El nivel de
tostado no se altera.
1 Introduzca el pan ya tostado por las ranuras (3), deslice hacia abajo el
mando de puesta en marcha (6) y presione el botón (11) (fig. 5). Se
enciende el piloto de funcionamiento (13) y el de recalentamiento (11).
La posición del mando (8) no influye en el proceso.
2 Transcurridos unos segundos, las tostadas son expulsadas y los dos
pilotos se apagan.
Función pan de barra
Esta función es útil para tostar pan de barra, más grueso que el pan de
molde y con corteza por uno de sus lados. Mediante esta función se
reduce la potencia de tostado para que el pan no se queme y además
sólo se tuesta por un lado (por la parte exterior del tostador).
1 Introduzca el pan con la corteza orientada hacia el interior del aparato
(fig. 6) y regule a su gusto el grado de tostado mediante el mando (8).
2 Deslice hacia abajo el mando de puesta en marcha (6) y presione el
botón pan de barra (9). Se encienden el piloto de funcionamiento (13)
y el piloto pan de barra (9).
3 El proceso finaliza automáticamente, pero si lo desea, puede detenerlo
anticipadamente pulsando el botón (12). Al finalizar el proceso, el pan
sale expulsado y los dos pilotos se apagan.
Si lo desea, también puede descongelar o recalentar pan de barra.
Para ello, en el paso 2, pulse también el botón (10) o (11)
respectivamente.
Función calientapanes
Esta función le permite calentar pan en la parte superior del tostador,
sin introducirlo por las ranuras.
1 Presione hacia abajo el mando (7) hasta que las varillas (5) queden fijas
en su posición más elevada (fig. 7) y coloque el pan sobre las varillas.
2 Regule a su gusto el mando de nivel de tostado (8) y deslice hacia abajo
el mando de puesta en marcha (6). El piloto (13) se encenderá.
3 El proceso finaliza automáticamente, pero si lo desea puede detenerlo
anticipadamente pulsando el botón de detención (12).
4 Retire el pan de las varillas con cuidado de no quemarse (las varillas
pueden estar calientes) y deslice hacia arriba el mando (7) para
retornar las varillas a su posición inicial (fig. 8).
4 Limpieza y Conservación
Limpie el aparato antes del primer uso, inmediatamente después de
cada uso y tras un largo periodo de tiempo sin usar.
No introduzca ningún objeto, ni siquiera un paño, en las ranuras de
entrada de pan.
Antes de limpiar el tostador, asegúrese de que está desenchufado de
la red y completamente frío.
1 Limpie el cuerpo exterior del aparato con un paño húmedo.
2 Extraiga la bandeja recogemigas tirando de ella hacia afuera (fig. 9) y
limpie las migas, restos de pan, etc.
3 Coloque de nuevo la bandeja y asegúrese de que queda colocada
correctamente.
4 Para guardar el aparato, recoja el cable de alimentación enrollándolo
en el soporte situado en la base.

• Read these instructions fully before using the appliance.

Maximise caution when using it in their presence.

• Always unplug the appliance after use and before installing or removing parts or

a power cut. The appliance must be switched off when plugging it in or
unplugging it.
• Never pull on the cord or hang the appliance from it. Always unplug the
appliance by pulling on the plug, never on the cord.
• Prevent the cord from coming into contact with sharp edges or hot surfaces.
• Never submerge the main body of the appliance in water or any other liquids
and do not put it in the dishwasher.
• The appliance must be connected to a power socket with a suitable ground
connection.
CThe bread slots and bread-heating elements can get very hot
when using the appliance. The metal panels of the main body can
also get very hot.
• The bread can ignite, so the bread toaster should not be used in the proximity
of or under combustible material, such as curtains.
• Do not leave the toaster working unattended.
bCAUTION! When you want to dispose of the appliance, NEVER
throw it in the rubbish bin. Take it to your nearest CLEAN POINT
or the waste collection centre closest to your home for processing.
You will thus be helping to take care of the environment.

3 Use
This appliance is designed to defrost, toast and heat bread.
Completely remove any elements located inside or around the
appliance which were used for transporting and packing it.
Never insert any utensils in the toaster. Prevent the cord or any other
objects from being placed above the bread slot during operation.
Never cover the toaster when in use.
Install the crumb tray correctly. Never use the toaster without having
correctly installed the crumb tray.
• Before using the toaster for the first time, turn it on without bread for a few
minutes. It is normal for it to give off a little smoke at the start.
1 Plug the appliance into the mains, winding the excess cord onto the
cord winder at the bottom of the appliance, and use the control (8) to
adjust the browning level to your liking (fig. 1). This control (8) adjusts
the duration of the toasting process.
2 Insert the bread in the slots (6) and press the operating control (6) (fig.
2) down. The operating pilot light (13) comes on.
3 The toasting process ends automatically although, if you want, you can
stop it early by pressing the button (12). At the end, the operating control
(6) returns to its initial position, the pilot light (13) goes out and the toast
appears at the top of the bread slots (fig. 3).
If the bread gets stuck inside the toaster, unplug the appliance, wait for
it to cool down and remove the bread using your hand.
Defrost function
This function allows you to defrost and toast bread in one convenient
step. This function extends the duration of the toasting process by
around 30%.
1 Adjust the browning level to your liking using the control (8) and insert
the bread in the slots.
2 Slide the operating control (6) down and press the defrost button (10)
(fig. 4). The defrost (10) and operating (13) pilot lights come on.
3 The defrosting and toasting process is performed automatically in a
single step, although, if you want, you can stop it early by pressing the
button (12). At the end of the process, the toast is ejected and the pilot
lights (10) and (13) go out.
Reheat function
This function is useful for reheating bread that was already toasted and
has cooled down after a considerable time has passed. The browning
level is not affected.
1 Insert the previously toasted bread in the slots (3), slide the operating
control (6) down and press the button (11) (fig. 5). The operating (13)
and reheating (11) pilot lights come on. The position of the control (8)
does not affect the process.
2 After a few seconds, the toast is ejected and both pilot lights go out.
Baguette function
This function is useful for toasting baguette bread, which is thicker than
pan bread, and has crust on one side. This function reduces the toasting
power to avoid burning the bread and only toasts on one side (the outer
side of the toaster).
1 Insert the bread with the crust pointing towards the inside of the
appliance (fig. 6) and use the control (8) to adjust the browning level to
your liking.
2 Slide the operating control (6) down and press the baguette button (9).
The operating (13) and baguette (9) pilot lights come on.
3 The process ends automatically although, if you want, you can stop it
early by pressing the button (12). At the end of the process, the bread
is ejected and the two pilot lights go out.
If you want, you can also defrost or reheat baguettes. To do so, in step
2, also press button (10) or (11) respectively.
Bread-heating function
This function allows you to heat bread on the top of the toaster, without
inserting it in the slots.
1 Slide the control (7) down until the elements (5) are fixed in their highest
position (fig. 7) and place the bread on the elements.
2 Set the browning level (8) to your liking and slide the operating control
(6) downwards. The pilot light (13) will come on.
3 The process ends automatically although, if you want, you can stop it
early by pressing the button (12).
4 Remove the bread carefully from the elements (they can be hot) and
slide the control (7) up to return the elements to their initial position
(fig. 8).
4 Cleaning and Storage
Clean the appliance before using it for the first time, immediately after
each use and after not using it for a long period of time.
Do not insert any objects, not even a cloth, in the bread slots
Before cleaning the toaster, make sure it is unplugged from the mains
and completely cold.
1 Clean the outside of the appliance with a damp cloth.
2 Remove the crumb tray by pulling it outwards (fig. 9) and clean up any
crumbs, bits of bread, etc.
3 Place the tray back in place and ensure it is placed correctly.
4 To store the appliance, store the power cord by winding it on the support
located on the base.

CLa température des fentes d’introduction du pain et du support

3 Utilisation
Cet appareil est conçu pour décongeler, griller et réchauffer du pain.
Retirez complètement tous les éléments se trouvant dans ou hors de
l’appareil, destinés au transport et à l’emballage de celui-ci.
N'introduisez jamais d'ustensiles dans le grille-pain. Évitez que le câble
ou tout autre objet ne se trouve au niveau de la rainure d’introduction du
pain pendant le fonctionnement de l’appareil.
Ne couvrez pas le grille-pain lorsque vous êtes en train de l'utiliser.
Placez correctement le plateau ramasse-miettes. N’utilisez jamais le
grille-pain si le plateau ramasse-miettes n’est pas placé correctement.
• Avant d'utiliser le grille-pain pour la première fois, faites-le fonctionner sans
pain pendant quelques minutes. Il est normal qu'il fume légèrement au
début.
1 Branchez la prise de courant, placez la partie du câble inutilisée dans le
range câbles de la partie inférieure de l’appareil, et réglez la
température comme vous le souhaitez grâce au bouton (8) (fig. 1). Le
bouton (8) vous permet d’obtenir du pain plus ou moins grillé.
2 Introduisez le pain dans les fentes (3) et déplacez le bouton de mise en
marche (6) vers le bas (fig. 2). Le voyant de fonctionnement s’allume
(13).
3 L'appareil s’arrêtera automatiquement lorsque le pain sera
grillé ; cependant, si vous le souhaitez, vous pouvez interrompre le
fonctionnement en appuyant sur le bouton (12). À l’issue du processus,
le bouton de mise en marche (6) retrouve sa position initiale, le voyant
(13) s’éteint et le pain grillé apparaît dans la partie supérieure des
fentes d’introduction (fig. 3).
Si le pain reste bloqué à l'intérieur du grille-pain, débranchez l'appareil,
attendez qu'il refroidisse et retirez le pain.
Fonction décongélation
Cette fonction vous permet de décongeler et de griller du pain
facilement en un seul geste. Cette fonction augmente d’environ 30 % la
durée nécessaire afin d'obtenir du pain grillé.
1 Réglez le bouton (8) si vous souhaitez obtenir du pain plus ou moins
grillé et introduisez le pain dans les fentes d’introduction.
2 Faites glisser vers le bas le bouton de mise en marche (6) et appuyez
sur le bouton de décongélation (10) (fig. 4). Le voyant de décongélation
(10) s’allume ainsi que celui de fonctionnement (13).
3 L'appareil s’arrêtera automatiquement lorsque le pain sera décongelé
et grillé ; cependant, si vous le souhaitez, vous pouvez interrompre le
fonctionnement en appuyant sur le bouton (12). À l’issue du processus,
les tartines sont expulsées et les voyants (10) et (13) s’éteignent.
Fonction réchauffage
Cette fonction sert à réchauffer du pain déjà grillé et refroidi. Le pain ne
sera pas plus grillé.
1 Introduisez le pain déjà grillé dans les fentes (3), déplacez le bouton de
mise en marche (6) vers le bas et appuyez sur le bouton (11) (fig. 5). Le
voyant de fonctionnement (13) s’allume ainsi que celui de réchauffage
(11). La position du bouton (8) ne modifie pas le processus.
2 Quelques secondes plus tard, les tartines sont expulsées et les deux
voyants s’éteignent.
Fonction baguette
Cette fonction sert à griller de la baguette, plus épaisse que le pain de
mie et avec une croûte sur l’un des côtés. Cette fonction réduit la
puissance de l’appareil pour que le pain ne brûle pas et qu'il soit grillé
uniquement d'un côté (du côté extérieur du grille-pain).
1 Introduisez le pain avec la croûte orientée vers l’intérieur de l’appareil
(fig. 6) et réglez la température souhaitée à l’aide du bouton (8).
2 Faites glisser vers le bas le bouton de mise en marche (6) et appuyez
sur le bouton baguette (9). Le voyant de fonctionnement (13) s’allume
ainsi que celui du mode baguette (9).
3 L'appareil s’arrêtera automatiquement lorsque le pain sera
grillé ; cependant, si vous le souhaitez, vous pouvez interrompre le
processus en appuyant sur le bouton (12). À l’issue du processus, le
pain est expulsé et les deux voyants s’éteignent.
Si vous le souhaitez, vous pouvez également décongeler ou réchauffer
de la baguette. Pour ceci, à l’étape 2, appuyez également sur le bouton
(10) ou (11) selon le cas.
Fonction réchauffage
Cette fonction vous permet de réchauffer du pain sur la partie
supérieure du grille-pain, sans l’introduire dans les fentes.
1 Faites glisser vers le bas le bouton (7) jusqu'à ce que le support (5) se
trouve à la position la plus élevée (fig. 7) et placez le pain sur les tiges.
2 Réglez le bouton de température (8) si vous souhaitez du pain plus ou
moins grillé faites glisser vers le bas le bouton de mise en marche (6).
Le voyant (13) s'allumera.
3 L'appareil s’arrêtera automatiquement, mais, si vous le souhaitez, vous
pouvez interrompre le processus en appuyant sur le bouton d’arrêt (12).
4 Retirez le pain des tiges en prenant soin de ne pas vous brûler (les tiges
peuvent être chaudes) et faites glisser vers le bas le bouton (7) pour
ramener les tiges à leur position d’origine (fig. 8).
4 Nettoyage et entretien
Nettoyez l’appareil avant sa première utilisation, immédiatement après
chaque utilisation et après une longue période d’inutilisation.
N’introduisez aucun objet, même pas un chiffon, dans les fentes
d’introduction du pain.
Avant de nettoyer le grille-pain, assurez-vous qu’il est débranché et
complètement froid.
1 Nettoyez l'extérieur de l'appareil avec un chiffon sec.
2 Extraire le plateau ramasse-miettes en le tirant vers l’extérieur (fig. 9) et
nettoyez les miettes et les restes de pain.
3 Placez de nouveau le plateau et assurez-vous qu’il est placé
correctement.
4 Pour ranger l’appareil, enroulez le câble sur le support situé au niveau
de la base.

3 Verwendung
Dieses Gerät ist zum Auftauen, Toasten und Aufwärmen von Brot
vorgesehen.
Entfernen Sie sämtliches Transport- bzw. Verpackungsmaterial im oder am
Gerät.
Keine Gegenstände in den Toaster stecken. Achten Sie darauf, dass weder
das Kabel noch andere Gegenstände während des Betriebs auf der
Brotaufnahme liegen.
Den Toaster während der Benutzung nicht abdecken.
Krümelschublade richtig einsetzen. Den Toaster niemals ohne korrekt
eingesetzte Krümelschublade verwenden.
• Toaster vor der ersten Benutzung einige Minuten lang ohne Brot in Betrieb
nehmen. Die anfängliche Rauchbildung ist normal.
1 Schließen Sie das Gerät ans Netz an, und wickeln Sie das überflüssige Kabel
im Kabelfach auf der Unterseite des Geräts auf. Stellen Sie den Röstgrad
mithilfe des Reglers (8) auf die gewünschte Stufe. (Abb. 1). Mithilfe des
Reglers (8) wird die Röstzeit eingestellt.
2 Stecken Sie die Brotscheiben in die Toastschlitze (3) und schieben Sie den
EIN-Schalter (6) nach unten (Abb. 2). Die Betriebsanzeige (13) leuchtet auf.
3 Der Röstvorgang stoppt automatisch. Wenn Sie ihn jedoch vorzeitig
abbrechen möchten, so drücken Sie die Stopptaste (12). Am Ende des
Röstvorganges kehrt der EIN-Schalter (6) in seine ursprüngliche Position
zurück, die Betriebsanzeige (13) erlischt, und die getoasteten Brotscheiben
springen aus den Toastschlitzen (Abb. 3).
Bleibt die Brotscheibe im Toaster stecken, Netzstecker ziehen und abwarten,
bis sich das Gerät abkühlt, um das Brot herauszunehmen.
Auftaufunktion
Mit dieser Funktion können Sie Brot bequem in einem Schritt auftauen und
toasten. Der Röstvorgang verlängert sich dabei um ca. 30%.
1 Stellen Sie den Röstgrad mithilfe des Reglers (8) auf die gewünschte Stufe,
und stecken Sie die Brotscheiben in die Toastschlitze.
2 Schieben Sie den EIN-Schalter (6) nach unten, und drücken Sie die
Auftautaste (10) (Abb. 4). Die Leuchtanzeige für die Auftaufunktion (10)
sowie die Betriebsanzeige (13) leuchten auf.
3 Der Auftau- und Röstvorgang wird automatisch in einem Schritt durchgeführt.
Wenn Sie ihn vorzeitig abbrechen möchten, so drücken Sie die Stopptaste
(12). Sobald der Vorgang beendet ist, springen die Toasts heraus und die
Leuchtanzeigen (10) und (13) erlöschen.
Aufwärmfunktion
Diese Funktion ist nützlich zum erneuten Aufwärmen von bereits
getoastetem und nach einiger Zeit ausgekühltem Brot. Der Röstgrad bleibt
dabei gleich.
1 Stecken Sie die Brotscheiben in die Toastschlitze (3), schieben Sie den EIN-
Schalter (6) nach unten, und drücken Sie auf die Taste (11) (Abb. 5). Die
Betriebsanzeige (13) sowie die Leuchtanzeige für die Aufwärmfunktion (11)
leuchten auf. Die Position des Reglers (8) hat keinen Einfluss auf den
Vorgang.
2 Nach einigen Sekunden springen die Toasts heraus, und die Leuchtanzeigen
erlöschen.
Baguettefunktion
Diese Funktion ist nützlich zum Toasten von Baguette, das dicker als
Toastbrot ist und auf einer Seite eine Kruste hat. Mit dieser Funktion wird die
Röstleistung vermindert, um ein Verbrennen des Brotes zu vermeiden und es
zudem nur auf einer Seite zu toasten (auf der Außenseite des Toasters).
1 Stecken Sie das Brot mit der Kruste zur Innenseite des Geräts in die
Toastschlitze (Abb. 6), und stellen Sie den Röstgrad anhand des Reglers (8)
auf die gewünschte Stufe.
2 Schieben Sie den EIN-Schalter (6) nach unten, und drücken Sie
Baguettetaste (9). Die Betriebsanzeige (13) sowie die Leuchtanzeige für
Baguette (9) leuchten auf.
3 Der Vorgang stoppt automatisch. Wenn Sie ihn jedoch vorzeitig abbrechen
möchten, so drücken Sie die Stopptaste (12). Sobald der Vorgang beendet
ist, springt das Brot heraus und die Leuchtanzeigen erlöschen.
Sie können Baguette auch auftauen oder erwärmen. Drücken Sie dazu bei
Schritt 2 zusätzlich auf die Taste (10) bzw. (11).
Aufwärmen von Brötchen
Mit dieser Funktion können Sie Brötchen auf dem Toaster erwärmen, ohne
sie in die Toastschlitze zu stecken.
1 Drücken Sie den Schalter (7) nach unten, sodass die Stäbe (5) in erhobener
Position stehen bleiben (Abb. 7), und legen Sie die Brötchen darauf.
2 Stellen Sie den Regler (8) auf den gewünschten Röstgrad, und schieben Sie
den EIN-Schalter (6) nach unten. Die Leuchtanzeige (13) leuchtet auf.
3 Der Vorgang stoppt automatisch. Wenn Sie ihn jedoch vorzeitig abbrechen
möchten, so drücken Sie die Stopptaste (12).
4 Nehmen Sie die Brötchen von den Stäben. Vorsicht, die Stäbe können heiß
sein! Schieben Sie den Schalter (7) nach oben, um die Stäbe wieder in ihre
ursprüngliche Position zu bringen (Abb. 8).
4 Reinigung und Aufbewahrung
Reinigen Sie das Gerät vor der ersten Verwendung, unmittelbar nach jeder
Verwendung, und wenn Sie es für längere Zeit nicht benutzt haben.
Keinerlei Gegenstände, auch kein Tuch, in die Toastschlitz einführen.
Achten Sie vor jeder Reinigung darauf, dass das Gerät vom Netz getrennt
und vollständig ausgekühlt ist.
1 Reinigen Sie die Außenseite des Geräts mit einem feuchten Tuch.
2 Entnehmen Sie die Krümelschublade, indem Sie sie herausziehen (Abb. 9)
und reinigen Sie sie von Krümeln und Brotresten.
3 Setzen Sie die Schublade wieder ein, und stellen Sie sicher, dass sie richtig
sitzt.
4 Zum Aufbewahren des Geräts wickeln Sie das Netzkabel im Kabelfach an der
Unterseite des Geräts auf.

3 Utilização
Este aparelho foi concebido para descongelar, torrar e aquecer pão.
Retire completamente todos os elementos que se encontram dentro ou fora
do aparelho que sirvam para o transporte e embalagem.
Nunca introduzir utensílios na torradeira. Evite que o cabo ou qualquer outro
objecto se encontre sobre a boca de entrada de pão durante o
funcionamento.
Não tape a torradeira quando esta estiver a ser utilizada.
Coloque correctamente a bandeja recolhe-migalhas. Nunca utilize a
torradeira sem colocar correctamente a bandeja recolhe-migalhas.
• Antes de utilizar a torradeira pela primeira vez, ponha-a a funcionar sem pão
durante uns minutos. É normal que produza alguns fumos no começo.
1 Ligue a ficha na tomada, colocando o cabo que sobra no recolhe-cabos que
se encontra na parte inferior do aparelho e regule, a seu gosto, o nível de
torragem com o comando (8) (fig. 1). Através do comando (8) ajusta-se o
tempo que dura o processo de torragem.
2 Introduza o pão pelas ranhuras (3) e deslize para baixo o comando de
colocação em funcionamento (6) (Fig. 2). O piloto de funcionamento acende-
se (13).
3 O processo de torragem acaba automaticamente, embora, se o desejar, o
possa interromper antecipadamente premindo o botão (12). Ao finalizar, o
comando de colocação em funcionamento (6) regressa à posição inicial, o
piloto (13) desliga-se e as torradas surgem na parte superior das ranhuras de
entrada (fig. 3).
Se o pão ficar bloqueado no interior da torradeira, desligue o aparelho,
espere que a torradeira esfrie e retire o pão com a mão.
Função descongelar
Esta função permite-lhe descongelar e torrar pão comodamente num único
passo. Através desta função, aumenta-se em 30% aproximadamente o
tempo que dura o processo de torragem.
1 Regule a seu gosto o nível de torragem através do comando (8) e introduza
o pão nas ranhuras de entrada.
2 Deslize para baixo o comando de colocação em funcionamento (6) e
carregue no botão de descongelação (10) (fig. 4). Acendem-se os pilotos de
descongelação (10) e de funcionamento (13).
3 O processo de descongelação e torragem realiza-se automaticamente num
único passo, embora, se o desejar, o possa interromper antecipadamente
premindo o botão (12). Após finalizar o processo, as torradas são expulsas e
os pilotos (10) e (13) desligam-se.
Função reaquecer
Esta função é útil para voltar a aquecer pão já torrado que arrefeceu por ter
decorrido um tempo considerável. O nível de torragem não se altera.
1 Introduza o pão já torrado pelas ranhuras (3) e deslize para baixo o comando
de colocação em funcionamento (6) e pressione o botão (11) (Fig. 5).
Acende-se o piloto de funcionamento (13) e o de reaquecimento (11). A
posição do comando (8) não tem influência no processo.
2 Decorridos uns segundos, as torradas são expulsas e os pilotos desligam-se.
Função pão moldado
Esta função é útil para torrar pão moldado, mais grosso que o pão de forma
e , certamente, num dos seus lados. Através desta função, reduz-se a
potência de torragem para que o pão não queime e, além disso, só é torrado
num dos lados (na parte exterior da torradeira).
1 Introduza o pão com o corte orientado para o interior do aparelho (fig. 6) e
regule a seu gosto o grau de torragem através do comando (8).
2 Deslize para baixo o comando de colocação em funcionamento (6) e
carregue no botão de pão moldado (9) Acende-se o piloto de funcionamento
(13) e o de pão moldado (9).
3 O processo termina automaticamente, embora, se o desejar, o possa
interromper antecipadamente premindo o botão (12). Ao finalizar o processo,
o pão é expulso e os dois pilotos desligam-se.
Se o desejar, também pode descongelar ou reaquecer o pão moldado. Para
isso, no passo 2, carregue também o botão (10) ou (11) respectivamente.
Função de aquecimento de pão
Esta função permite aquecer pão na parte superior da torradeira, sem o

1 Pressione para baixo o comando (7) até que as grelhas (5) fiquem fixas na
sua posição mais elevada (fig. 7) e coloque o pão sobre as grelhas.
2 Regule a seu gosto o comando de nível de torragem (8) e deslize para baixo
o comando de colocação em funcionamento (6). O piloto (13) acender-se-á.
3 O processo termina automaticamente, embora, se o desejar, o possa
interromper antecipadamente premindo o botão de paragem (12).
4 Retire o pão das grelhas com cuidado para não se queimar (as grelhas
podem estar quentes) e deslize para cima o comando (7) para fazer
regressar as grelhas à sua posição inicial (fig. 8).
4 Limpeza e conservação
Limpe o aparelho antes da primeira utilização, imediatamente após cada
utilização e após um longo período de tempo sem usar.
Não introduza nenhum objecto, nem mesmo um pano, nas ranhuras de
entrada de pão.
Antes de limpar a torradeira, assegure-se de que está desligada da rede e
completamente fria.
1 Limpe o exterior do aparelho com um pano húmido.
2 Retire a bandeja recolhe-migalhas puxando-a para fora (fig. 9) e limpe as
migalhas, restos de pão, etc.
3 Coloque novamente a bandeja e assegure-se de que fica correctamente
colocada.
4 Para guardar o aparelho, recolha o cabo de alimentação enrolando-o no
suporte situado na base.

3 Utilizzo
L'apparecchio è progettato per scongelare, tostare e scaldare il pane.
Togliere completamente tutti i componenti interni ed esterni all'apparecchio
utilizzati per il trasporto e l'imballaggio dello stesso.
Non introdurre mai utensili nel tostapane. Evitare che il cavo o altri oggetti
vengano a trovarsi sopra l'ingresso dei vani di tostatura durante il
funzionamento.
Non coprire il tostapane quando è in uso.
Alloggiare bene il vassoio raccoglibriciole. Non utilizzare mai il tostapane
senza aver prima collocato correttamente il vassoio.
• Prima di utilizzare il tostapane per la prima volta, metterlo in funzione senza pane
per alcuni minuti. È normale che l'apparecchio produca un po' di fumo all'inizio.
1 Collegare la presa alla rete di alimentazione avendo cura di riporre il cavo in
eccesso nell'apposito raccoglitore in fondo all'apparecchio; regolare a proprio
piacimento il livello di tostatura tramite il comando (8) (fig. 1). Il comando (8)
consente di regolare la durata della tostatura.
2 Introdurre il pane nei vani di tostatura (3), abbassare il comando di
accensione (6) (Fig. 2). Si accende la spia di funzionamento (13).

Una volta completato il processo, il comando di accensione (6) tornerà sulla

3 Il processo di scongelamento e tostatura si concluderà automaticamente e in
un solo gesto; se lo si desidera, tuttavia, sarà possibile bloccarlo
anticipatamente premendo il pulsante (12). Una volta completato il processo,
le fette di pane tostato vengono espulse dall'apparecchio e le spie (10) e (13)
si spengono.
Funzione di riscaldamento

lato (verso la parte esterna del tostapane).
1 Introdurre il pane con la crosta verso la parte interna dell'apparecchio (fig. 6)
e regolare a proprio piacimento il livello di tostatura mediante il comando (8).
2 Abbassare quindi il comando di accensione (6) e premere il pulsante
baguette (9). Si accendono la spia di funzionamento (13) e quella baguette
(9).
3 Il processo si concluderà automaticamente; se lo si desidera, tuttavia, sarà
possibile bloccarlo anticipatamente premendo il pulsante (12). Al termine, il
pane viene espulso e le due spie si spengono.
Se lo si desidera, inoltre, è possibile scongelare o scaldare baguette. Allo

4 Pulizia e conservazione

• Houd het apparaat altijd buiten bereik van kinderen en mindervaliden. Let extra op als
u het in hun aanwezigheid gebruikt.
• Voer geen enkele wijziging of reparatie aan het apparaat uit. Bij een afwijking van het
netsnoer of een ander deel van het apparaat, dit niet gebruiken maar naar een
erkende technische servicedienst brengen.
• Gebruik geen onderdelen of hulpstukken die niet door SOLAC geleverd of aanbevolen
zijn.
• Kijk, alvorens het apparaat op het lichtnet aan te sluiten, of het aangegeven voltage
overeenkomt met de netspanning bij u thuis.
• Trek altijd na gebruik de stekker uit het stopcontact en ook vóórdat u onderdelen
verwijdert of aanbrengt of onderhouds- of reinigingswerkzaamheden aan het apparaat
verricht. Trek de stekker er ook bij stroomuitval uit. Als u de stekker in of uit het
stopcontact doet, dient het apparaat uit te staan.
• Trek nooit aan het snoer of laat het apparaat nooit aan het snoer hangen. Neem de
stekker uit het stopcontact door aan de stekker, nooit aan het snoer, te trekken.
• Zorg ervoor dat het netsnoer niet in contact komt met scherpe kanten of hete
oppervlakken.
• Dompel de romp van het apparaat nooit in water of in een andere vloeistof onder; stop
deze evenmin in de vaatwasser.
• Het apparaat dient aangesloten te worden op een stopcontact met een goede
aardleiding.
CIn de broodsleuven en rond de verhittingsdraden kan het heet zijn
wanneer het apparaat in werking is. De metalen panelen van de romp
kunnen ook heet zijn.
• Brood kan vlam vatten. Daarom mag de broodrooster niet dichtbij of onder brandbare
materialen, zoals bijv. gordijnen, gebruikt worden.
• Laat de broodrooster niet zonder toezicht aanstaan.
bLET OP! Deponeer als u het apparaat wilt afdanken, het NOOIT in de
vuilnisbak, maar wend u tot een daarvoor bedoeld INZAMELPUNT of
ophaaldienst in uw woonplaats voor verdere verwerking. Op deze wijze
draagt u bij aan het behoud van het milieu.

3 Gebruik
Dit apparaat is ontworpen om brood te ontdooien, te roosteren en op te
warmen.
Verwijder alle transport- en verpakkingselementen binnen en buiten het
apparaat in hun geheel.
Steek nooit vreemde voorwerpen in de broodrooster. Let er tijdens het
gebruik van de broodrooster op, dat noch het snoer noch enig ander
voorwerp zich in de broodsleuven bevinden.
Dek de broodrooster tijdens het gebruik niet af.
Breng de kruimellade goed aan. Gebruik de broodrooster nooit als de
kruimellade er niet goed ingeschoven is.
• Zet de broodrooster voor het eerste gebruik enkele minuten in werking zonder
brood. De aanvankelijke rook- en geurontwikkeling is normaal.
1 Steek de stekker in het stopcontact. Gebruik de snoeroprolhaken voorop het
apparaat voor het overtollige stuk netsnoer en stel de bruiningsgraad met
knop (8) in (Afb. 1). Met behulp van knop (8) kan de roostertijd ingesteld
worden.
2 Steek de sneetjes brood in de broodsleuven (3) en schuif de Aan-/Uit-hendel
(6) omlaag (afb. 2). Het controlelampje In werking (13) gaat branden.
3 De broodrooster stopt automatisch, maar als u wilt kunt hem ook voortijdig
met knop (12) afbreken. Zodra het roosteren is voltooid, keert de Aan-/Uit-
hendel (6) terug in zijn uitgangspositie, het controlelampje (13) dooft en de
sneetjes brood verschijnen in het bovenste gedeelte van de broodsleuven
(afb. 3).
Blijft een sneetje brood in de broodrooster vastzitten, neem de stekker uit het
stopcontact en wacht tot het apparaat is afgekoeld om het brood met de hand
te verwijderen.
Ontdooifunctie
Met deze functie kunt u brood in een en dezelfde stap handig ontdooien en
roosteren. Met behulp van deze functie wordt de roostertijd ongeveer 30 %
verlengd.
1 Stel de bruiningsgraad naar uw voorkeur met behulp van de knop (8) in en
steek het brood in de sleuven.
2 Schuif de Aan-/Uit-hendel (6) omlaag en druk op de ontdooiknop (10) (afb. 4).
De controlelampjes Ondooien (10) en In werking (13) gaan branden.
3 Het ontdooien en roosteren stopt automatisch in één stap, maar als u wilt kunt
het ook voortijdig met knop (12) afbreken. Na het voltooien van dit proces,
springen de toasts omhoog en doven de controlelampjes (10) en (13).
Opwarmfunctie
Deze functie is handig om al geroosterd brood weer op te warmen als deze
na lange tijd helemaal afgekoeld is. De bruiningsgraad blijft onveranderd.
1 Steek de toasts in de broodsleuven (3) en schuif de Aan-/Uit-hendel (6)
omlaag en druk op knop (11) (afb. 5). De controlelampjes In werking (13) en
Opwarmen (11) gaan branden. De stand van de knop (8) is niet van invloed
op het proces.
2 Na enkele seconden worden springen de toasts omhoog en doven de
controlelampjes.
Stokbroodfunctie
Deze functie is handig om stokbrood te roosteren, dat dikker is dan sneetjes
brood en dat aan een van beide kanten een korst heeft. Met behulp van deze
functie kan roosteringsintesiteit teruggebracht worden zodat het brood niet
aanbrandt en bovendien maar aan een kant geroosterd wordt (de kant gericht
naar de buitenzijde van de broodrooster).
1 Doe het brood erin met de korst naar de binnenkant van het apparaat gericht
(Afb. 6) en stel de bruiningsgraad naar uw smaak in met behulp van knop (8)
2 Schuif de Aan-/Uit-hendel (6) omlaag en druk op de knop voor stokbrood (9).
De controlelampjes In werking (13) en Stokbrood (9) gaan branden.
3 De broodrooster stopt automatisch, maar als u wilt, kunt hem ook voortijdig
met knop (12) afbreken. Na het voltooien van dit proces, springen de toasts
omhoog en doven de beide controlelampjes.
Als u wilt kunt u ook stokbrood ontdooien of opwarmen. Druk daartoe in stap
2 ook op de knop (10) of (11) respectievelijk.
Broodopwarmfunctie
Met deze functie kunt u brood boven op de broodrooster opwarmen, zonder
het in de sleuven te steken.
1 Duw de knop (7) omlaag tot de metalen draden (5) vast komen te zitten in hun
hoogste stand (afb. 7) en plaats het brood op de draden.
2 Stel de bruiningsregelaar (8) naar eigen voorkeur in en schuif de Aan-/Uit-
hendel (6) omlaag. Het controlelampje (13) gaat branden.
3 De broodrooster stopt automatisch, maar als u wilt, kunt hem ook voortijdig
met stopknop (12) afbreken.
4 Neem het brood van de verhittingsdraden, voorzichtig om u niet te branden
(de draden kunnen heet zijn) en duw de hendel (7) om hoog om de draden
weer in hun beginstand te zetten (Afb. 8).
4 Reiniging en onderhoud
Reinig het apparaat voordat u het voor het eerst in gebruik neemt,
onmiddellijk na elk gebruik en na een lange periode ongebruikt te zijn
geweest.
Steek geen enkel voorwerp, zelfs geen doekje, in de broodsleuven.
Alvorens de broodrooster te gaan schoonmaken, verzeker u ervan dat de
stekker uit het stopcontact is genomen en het apparaat helemaal afgekoeld
is.
1 Reinig de buitenkant van het apparaat met een vochtige doek.
2 Verwijder de kruimellade door hem naar buiten te trekken (Afb. 9) en
verwijder, kruimels, broodresten, e.d.
3 Schuif de kruimellade er weer in en controleer of deze helemaal goed
geplaatst is.
4 Om het apparaat te bewaren, rol het netsnoer op de desbetreffende houder
aan de onderkant op.
