The JFET-input operational ampliers of the TL06x
Includes VCC+ series are designed as low-power versions of the
• Output Short-Circuit Protection TL08x series ampliers. They feature high input
• High Input Impedance: JFET-Input Stage impedance, wide bandwidth, high slew rate, and low
• Internal Frequency Compensation input oset and input bias currents. The TL06x series
features the same terminal assignments as the TL07x
• Latch-Up-Free Operation and TL08x series.
• High Slew Rate: 3.5 V/ s Typicalμ
• On Products Compliant to MIL-PRF-38535, Device Information(1)
