INSTRUCTIONS
Please read internaonal and domesc airspace regulaons and rules before using this product, should never use
this product in a way that infringes upon or contravenes internaonal or domesc laws and regulaons. You agree
that you are solely responsible for your own conduct and content while using this product, and for any direct or
indirect consequences caused by not following this manual, violang or disregarding any other applicable local laws,
administrave rules and social habits thereof.
This product is a ying camera that oers easy ight both indoors and out when powered normally and in a good working
order.
1. This product works most eciently with genuine Veho accessories. Veho shall not be liable for any damage or
legal responsibilies to this product and/or accidents resulng from malfuncons of non Veho accessories.
2. Be sure to check all connecons and keep children and animals a safe distance during system calibraon and
parameter seng.
3. The compass is very sensive to electromagnec interference which can negavely aect ight performance.
For opmum performance regularly calibrate the compass before ight and at new ying locaons.
Do not calibrate the compass in environments with a strong magnec eld (such as near power lines or radio towers).
If you are unable to calibrate the compass it may be aected by metal in nearby objects, for example manhole covers.
Please move to a new locaon and try again.
Do not carry items such as keys or mobile phones when calibrang the compass.
CAUTIONS
Carry out each of the following steps carefully before every ight
1. Fly safe. Stay away from obstacles, crowds, high-voltage lines and other possible sources of electromagnec
interference.
2. Check that you aren’t overloading the aircra.
3. Check that the propellers and the motors are installed properly and rmly before each ight. Check that the
rotaon direcon of each propeller is correct. Do not get close to or touch working motors or propellers to avoid
serious injury.
4. Avoid interference between the controller or on-board Wi-Fi device and other wireless equipment.
5. Check that smartphone baery, X-Drone baery, controller baeries and repeater baery are full.
6. Make sure the lock switch on the baery compartment is locked before taking o. If the baery is not locked it can
slide out of the baery compartment during ight, causing the X-Drone to lose power and crash.
7. Switch on controller rst, then power on the X-Drone. Upon landing, power o the X-Drone rst and then switch
o the controller.
8. Check that all parts are in good condion. Do not y with aging or damaged parts.
9. Do not y near areas with magnec or radio interference. These include but are not limited to: high voltage lines,
large scale power transmission staons, mobile base staons and broadcasng towers. Failing to do so may
compromise the transmission quality of this product, cause controller and video transmission errors and may
aect ight orientaon and locaon accuracy.
10. Do not use in severe weather condions including rain, snow, heavy wind, hail, lighng, tornado or hurricane.

11. Read and familiarise yourself with the full manual before using.
12. Your X-Drone can y for approximately 20-25 minutes, depending on the ight environment. Aer 15 minutes of
ight start the return ight to ensure that the X-Drone lands safely. Keep the X-Drone in line of sight when ying.
When the baery level is low the LEDs will blink and the X-Drone will automacally descend.
13. Make sure that the S4 switch is set to GPS mode before take-o. The LEDs on the tail will ash every second when
the X-Drone receives GPS signal. The X-Drone requires a GPS signal in order to be able to return to the home point.
14. If the X-Drone is in failsafe mode or is unresponsive in GPS mode move the S4 switch between GPS and NRM
(normal) mode.
CAMERA CARE AND USE
1. Do not expose the X-Drone to water. If your X-Drone is exposed to water (including rain or snow) land it and dry it
immediately. Exposure to water can damage electrical components and might invalidate the warranty.
2. Do not use any substance containing alcohol, benzene, thinners or other ammable substances to clean or maintain
the camera.
3. Do not store the camera in humid or dusty areas.
4. Avoid using, placing or storing the camera in the places subject to strong sunlight or high temperatures.
5. Stop operang the camera immediately if it emits smoke or noxious fumes.
6. Respect the privacy of others when using the camera Make sure you comply with local privacy laws, regulaons
and moral standards.
USING LITHIUM POLYMER (LIPO) BATTERIES
LiPo intelligent baery can be extremely hazardous and require special aenon when handled. Always follow the
following instrucons when using a LiPo baery.
1. The X-Drone baery must always be charged with the supplied baery charger.
2. Do not charge the baery near ammable materials or on a ammable surface such as carpet or wood.
3. Never charge a swollen, leaky or damaged baery.
4. Examine charger regularly for damage to the cord, plug, enclosure or other parts. Never use a damaged charger.
5. Disconnect charger when not in use.
6. Do not clean the charger with denatured alcohol or other ammable solvents.
USAGE AND STORAGE
1. Keep baeries out of the reach of children and pets.
2. Do not drop or strike baeries.
3. Never use a swollen, leaky or damaged baery. Clean baery terminals with a dry and clean cloth.
4. Do not expose baeries to extreme temperatures including excessive heat. Do not leave the baeries inside of
the vehicle on hot days.
5. Do not allow baeries to come into contact with any kind of liquid. Do not leave baeries out in the rain or near
a source of moisture.
6. Do not leave baeries in a microwave oven or in a pressurized container.
7. Do not aempt to dismantle, pierce or cut a baery. Do not aempt to repair baeries yourself. Do not place loose
baery cells on any conducve surface, such as metal-toppled table.
8. Do not put the loose cells in pocket, bag or drawer where they may short-circuit against other items or where
baery terminals could be pressed against each other.
9. Do not place or use baeries on strong electrostac or electromagnec surfaces or surrounding areas. This may
result in baery damage.
10. Do not place heavy objects on baeries or charger. Avoid dropping baeries.
11. Do not mix baery brands inside the controller.
12. Remove baeries from the aircra when stored for an extended period.

You shall not use this product to:
a) Defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as right of privacy and publicity)
of others.
b) Photograph people on private property without their consent or photograph in areas where photography is
prohibited without prior authorisaon.
c) Use this product for any illegal or inappropriate purpose other than general personal use.
d) Violate or disregard applicable local laws, administrave rules and social habits.
Please be advised that in certain areas, the copying of images and videos from events, performances, exhibions, or
commercial properes by means of a camera may contravene copyright or other legal rights even if the image or video
was shot for personal use. In addion, remote control aircra are banned from conducng commercial acvies in
certain countries and regions.
WARRANTY
The following condions will void the warranty:
• All labels, serial numbers, etc. show no signs of tampering or altering.
• Crash or burning caused by non-manufacturing factors.
• Damage caused by unauthorised modicaon, disassembling or shell opening which did not follow the instrucon
of ocial manuals.
• Damage caused by improper installaon, or incorrect use or operaon despite the guidance of manuals.
• Damage caused by unauthorised modicaon of circuit, mismatch or misuse of baery and charger.
• Damage caused by any ights which didn’t follow the instrucons of the manuals.
• Damage caused by operaon in bad weather (i.e. strong wind, rain, sand/dust storm, etc.)
• Damage caused by operang the unit in an electromagnec interference environment (i.e. mining area, radio
transming tower, high-voltage wire, substaon, etc.).
• Damage caused by operang the unit in a known environment with interference with other wireless devices
(i.e. transmier, video-link, Wi-Fi signals, etc.).
• Damage caused by operang the unit with a weight greater than safe take-o weight.
• Damage caused by forced ight when components have been aged or damaged.
• Damage caused by reliability or compability issues when using unauthencated third-party parts.
• Damage caused by operang the unit with a low charged or defecve baery.
