1.ZTEBLADEV9VITAisaphonethatZTEprovides.AsauserofZTE

BLADEV9VITA,youcanusethismanualasaguidetouseanSDcardto

upgradethesoftwareofyourphoneonyourown.

2.Upgradeinstructions:

ToupgradethesoftwareofyourphonebyusinganSDcard,youneedto

performtheoperationsrequiredbefore,during,andaftertheupgrade.

i.Beforetheupgrade,youneedtoprepareeverythingrequiredforthe

upgrade.

ii.Youcanupgradethesoftwarebyusingtwomethods:normalupgrade

andforcedupgrade.

Normalupgrade:preferred upgrade method.During anormal

upgrade,yourphoneneedstobootandentertheconfiguration

module.

Forced upgrade:applied when ZTEBLADEV9 VITA cannot

bootordisplaythestandbyscreen.Duringaforcedupgrade,

yourphonedoesnotneedtoboot.

Inmostcases,ZTEBLADEV9VITAsoftwarecanbeupgraded

successfullybyusinganormalupgrade.Ifanormalupgradefails,

performaforcedupgrade.Iftheforcedupgradefails,contactan

after-salesserviceagenttotroubleshoottheproblem.
