SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
• Keep the product away from children, it is not a toy.
• Do not cover the unit during use, make sure there is sucient venlaon.
• Do not use the unit if you suspect that it is damaged. Do not try to open or repair
the unit yourself. To avoid considerable subsequent damage to the device, only let a
qualied expert repair the unit.
• When not in use, make sure to store the product in a safe and dry locaon, avoid
extremely high or low temperatures.
• Never place the device in the vicinity of excessive heat or cold sources. Extreme
temperatures have a negave inuence on the life of electronics and baeries.
• Protect the device from special liquids and vapors.
• If the unit is not properly installed or operated Mr Safe® cannot accept liability.

CHARGING
Important!
The Mr Safe An-Mosquito Light should be fully charged before rst use. Charging will take
about 4 hours.
• Make sure the An-Mosquito Light is turned OFF.
• Open the cover of the micro-USB charging socket and plug a USB charging cable (not
included) into the charging socket.
• Plug the other side of the USB charging cable to your computer’s USB port or another
USB compable port.
• The charging indicator LED will turn red, to indicate that the baery is being charged.
• Once the baery is fully charged, the charging indicator LED will turn green.
• Unplug the charging cable. The An-Mosquito Light is now ready for use.
Note:
• The An-Mosquito Light can be used during charging, but the charging me will be extended.
• Fully charged baeries will last:
o Up to 20 hours (LOW light mode)
o Up to 8 hours (MID light mode)
o Up to 4 hours (HIGH light mode)
o UV light: Up to 35 hours
• For outside use it is absolutely necessary to close the micro-USB cover perfectly in order
to keep the product free from water! See illustraon II.
LED LIGHT ON/OFF BUTTON
• Press 1x: Acvate LED light in LOW light mode
• Press 2x: Acvate LED light in MEDIUM light mode
• Press 3x: Acvate LED light in HIGH light mode
• Press 4x: Turn o the LED light
ANTI-MOSQUITO ON/OFF BUTTON
Press the buon once to acvate the UV light. Press again to turn o the UV light.
The UV light will aract mosquitos and other small insects. The light xture is surrounded
by a grill, which is energized with a voltage current. Insects are drawn to the UV light,
aempt to pass through the grill, and are subsequently electrocuted.
INSERT MOSQUITO ATTRACTANT
See illustraon III
! Aractant tablets are NOT included. Only use tablets with a max. diameter of 25mm.
Aractant tablets can be bought at professional camping stores or online.
Open the mosquito aractant compartment by taking out both hangers and use them as a
handle to turn the cover towards the arrow “OPEN”. Insert the mosquito aractant. Close
the cover by turning it towards the arrow “CLOSE” unl it clicks into place.
The normal air ow is sucient to vaporize the aractant and disperse it at the selected
rate. To select the desired dispersion rate, turn the control wheel to the le for less scent,
or to the right for more scent.
For best results replace the cartridge every 30 days.
CLEANING

Do not use any solvent based cleaning agents, only a so, an-stac cloth and clean water
with normal hand wash soap.
To remove insects from the UV light, you can use a small brush or rinse it under the tap.

VEILIGHEIDSINSTRUCTIES
• Houd het product uit de buurt van kinderen, het is geen speelgoed.
• Bedek het apparaat niet jdens gebruik, zorg voor voldoende venlae.
• Gebruik het apparaat niet als u vermoedt dat het beschadigd is. Probeer het apparaat
niet zelf te openen of te repareren. Laat enkel een gekwaliceerde expert het apparaat
repareren om aanzienlijke schade aan het apparaat te voorkomen.
• Als u het product gedurende langere jd niet gebruikt, bewaar het dan op een veilige en
droge plaats, vermijd extreem hoge of lage temperaturen.
• Plaats het apparaat nooit in de buurt van overmage hie- of koudebronnen. Extreme
temperaturen hebben een negaeve invloed op de levensduur van elektronica en baerijen.
• Bescherm het apparaat tegen speciale vloeistoen en dampen.
• Als het apparaat niet correct is geïnstalleerd of wordt gebruikt, kan Mr Safe® geen
aansprakelijkheid aanvaarden.

OPLADEN
Belangrijk!
De Mr Safe An-Mosquito Light moet voor het eerste gebruik volledig worden opgeladen.
Het opladen duurt ongeveer 4 uur.
• Zorg ervoor dat de lamp UIT staat.
• Open het klepje van het micro-USB-laadcontact en sluit een USB-oplaadkabel (niet
meegeleverd) aan op het laadcontact.
• Sluit de andere kant van de USB-oplaadkabel aan op de USB-poort van uw computer of
een andere USB-compabele poort.
• Het LED indicaelampje wordt rood om aan te geven dat de baerij wordt opgeladen.
• Zodra de baerij volledig is opgeladen, wordt het LED indicaelampje groen.
• Koppel de oplaadkabel los. De mr Safe An-Mosquito Light is nu klaar voor gebruik.
Opmerking:
• De lamp kan jdens het opladen worden gebruikt, maar dan wordt de oplaadjd verlengd.
• Volledig opgeladen baerijen werken:
o Tot 20 uur (LAGE verlichngsmodus)
o Tot 8 uur (MEDIUM verlichngsmodus)
o Tot 4 uur (HOGE verlichngsmodus)
o UV-lamp: tot 35 uur
• Voor gebruik buitenshuis is het absoluut noodzakelijk om de micro-USB-kap perfect te
sluiten om het product watervrij te houden! Zie illustrae II.
AAN / UIT KNOP LED LAMP
• Druk 1x: acveer de LED-lamp in de LAGE verlichngsmodus
• Druk 2x: acveer de LED-lamp in de MEDIUM verlichngsmodus
• Druk 3x: acveer de LED lamp in de HOGE verlichngsmodus
• Druk 4x: zet de LED-lamp uit
AAN / UIT KNOP ANTI-MUGGENLAMP
Druk één keer op de knop om de UV-lamp te acveren. Druk opnieuw op de knop om de
UV-lamp uit te schakelen.
De UV-lamp zal muggen en andere kleine insecten aantrekken. De lamp is omgeven door
een grill, die wordt voorzien met een spanningsstroom. Insecten worden naar de UV-lamp
getrokken, proberen door de grill te gaan en worden vervolgens geëlektrocuteerd.
PLAATSEN LOKSTOFTABLETTEN
Zie illustrae III
! Lokstoableen zijn NIET inbegrepen. Gebruik alleen tablets met een max. diameter van
25 mm. Lokstoableen kunnen gekocht worden bij professionele campingwinkels of online.
Open het lokstoableen-comparment door beide hangers naar buiten te halen en ze
te gebruiken ze als een handvat om het deksel naar de pijl “OPEN” te draaien. Plaats het
muggenlokmiddel erin. Sluit het deksel door deze in de richng van de pijl “CLOSE” te
draaien totdat deze vastklikt.
De normale luchtstroom is voldoende om het lokmiddel te verdampen en dit aan het
geselecteerde tempo te verspreiden. Om het gewenste verspreidingstempo te selecteren,
draait u het besturingswiel naar links voor minder geur, of naar rechts voor meer geur.
Vervang de tablet om de 30 dagen voor het beste resultaat.
REINIGING
Zie illustrae IV
Gebruik geen oplosmiddelen op basis van schoonmaakmiddelen, alleen een zachte,
anstasche doek en schoon water met normale handzeep.
Om insecten van de UV-lamp te verwijderen, kunt u een kleine borstel gebruiken of de
lamp onder de kraan afspoelen.
