EN - PRELIMINARY OPERATIONS
Charging: charge the device before use. Use the USB charge cable
(8) supplied.
The LED lights up red when the unit is charging. The LED lights up
green when charging is complete.
Flat battery indicator: if the LED flashes red, the battery is flat.
USE WITH THE PHONE:
Pairing the device with a mobile phone:
-Make sure that the device is switched off and turn off Bluetooth®
on the phone.
-Press and hold down the MF button (1) for approx. 3 seconds until
the LED (7) flashes red/green in alternating fashion.
-Turn on Bluetooth® on the phone and select FLIPPER after it has
been detected. The LED (7) on the device will now flash green to
show that the unit has been paired.
If pairing is unsuccessful, turn the device off and try again.
Important: if the device or the phone has been turned off or is out
of range, you may need to use the menu on your phone to pair them
again; or, just press the MF button (1) once.
To turn the device ON: hold down the MF button (1) until the green
LED (7) turns on (approx. 3 seconds).
To turn the device OFF: hold down the MF button (1) until the green
LED (7) turns off (approx. 3 seconds).
To answer a call: press the MF button (1) briefly.
To end a call: press the MF button (1) briefly.
To adjust the speaker volume: press the button + or - (2-3) during
conversation/music playback.
Play/Pause: press the MF button (1).
FF: press the FF button (5) once.
Rew: press the Rew button (4) once.
USING THE HEADSET ONLY AS AN MP3 MUSIC PLAYER
With its 4 GB of internal memory, the FLIPPER can be used as an MP3
music player without having to necessarily connect it to the phone.
This solution is recommended so that FLIPPER can be used during
activities in which the phone cannot be used (swimming, climbing,
etc.). To access the device’s memory and upload music tracks to its
internal memory, connect FLIPPER to the USB cable (8) and then
plug the cable into the USB port of the PC.
FLIPPER supports MP3 and WMA audio formats.
To switch from Bluetooth® mode to MP3 mode (or vice versa):
press the MF button (1) twice
Play/Pause: press the MF button (1).
FF: press the FF button (5) once.
Rew: press the Rew button (4) once.
To adjust the speaker volume: press the button + or - (2-3) during
music playback.
IMPORTANT: the device is protected when scuba diving up to a depth
of 2 metres for about 90 minutes (IPX8 certification).
After use, it is recommended to rinse it under running water, to
dry the contacts with a cloth and to place it in the open air, in a
dry environment.

Ricarica: ricaricare il dispositivo prima dell’utilizzo tramite il cavo
USB di ricarica (8) in dotazione.
Il led rosso indica la carica in atto, l’accensione del led verde
indica il completamento della ricarica.
Indicatore di batteria scarica: il lampeggio rosso del led indica
l’esaurimento della carica della batteria.
UTILIZZO CON IL TELEFONO:
Abbinamento dell’auricolare con il telefono:
- Assicurarsi che il dispositivo sia spento e disabilitare il Bluetooth
del telefono
- Mantenere premuto per 3 secondi circa il tasto MFB (1) fino al
lampeggio rosso/verde alternato del led (7).
- Abilitare il Bluetooth del telefono e selezionare FLIPPER una volta
rilevato. Il led (7) del dispositivo lampeggerà verde per indicare
l’avvenuto abbinamento.
Nel caso l’operazione di abbinamento non fosse riuscita, spegnere il
dispositivo e ripetere l’operazione.
Attenzione: se il dispositivo o il telefono sono stati spenti o messi
fuori portata, per connetterli nuovamente potrebbe essere necessario
agire sul menu del telefono o semplicemente premere una volta il
tasto MFB (1).
Accensione del dispositivo: mantenere premuto il tasto MFB (1)
fino all’accensione del led verde (7), 3 secondi circa.
Spegnimento dell’auricolare: mantenere premuto il tasto MFB
(1) fino allo spegnimento del led verde (7), 3 secondi circa.
Rispondere a una chiamata: premere brevemente il tasto MFB
(1).
Terminare una chiamata: premere brevemente il tasto MFB (1).
Regolazione volume altoparlante: premere il tasto + o – (2-3)
durante la conversazione/riproduzione musicale
Play/Pausa: premere il tasto MFB (1)
FF: premere una volta il tasto FF (5)
Rew: premere una volta il tasto Rew (4)
UTILIZZO DELL’AURICOLARE SOLO COME RIPRODUTTORE
MUSICALE MP3:
Grazie alla sua memoria interna da 4GB è possibile utilizzare
FLIPPER come riproduttore musicale MP3 senza doverlo
necessariamente collegare al telefono.
Questa soluzione è indicata per l’utilizzo di FLIPPER durante le
attività nelle quali l’utilizzo del telefono non sarebbe possibile
(nuoto, climbing ecc)
Per accedere alla memoria del dispositivo e caricare al suo
interno i brani musicali, collegare FLIPPER al cavo USB (8) e
inserire quest’ultimo nella presa USB del PC.
FLIPPER supporta i formati audio MP3 e WMA
Passare dalla modalità Bluetooth alla modalità MP3 (o
viceversa): premere due volte il tasto MFB (1)
Play/Pausa: premere il tasto MFB (1)
FF: premere una volta il tasto FF (5)
Rew: premere una volta il tasto Rew (4)
Regolazione volume altoparlante: premere il tasto + o – (2-3)
durante la riproduzione musicale.
ATTENZIONE: il dispositivo è protetto durante le immersioni

-S’assurer que le dispositif est éteint et désactiver le Bluetooth®
du téléphone.
-Maintenir la touche MFB (1) enfoncée pendant 3 secondes environ,
jusqu’à ce que le voyant (7) clignote alternativement en rouge
et en vert.
-Activer le Bluetooth® du téléphone et sélectionner FLIPPER une fois
qu’il est détecté. Le voyant (7) du dispositif clignote en vert pour
confirmer le couplage.
Dans le cas où l’opération de couplage échouerait, éteindre le
dispositif et répéter l’opération.
Attention: si le dispositif ou le téléphone a été éteint ou placé hors de
portée, pour le reconnecter, il peut s’avérer nécessaire d’intervenir
dans le menu du téléphone ou d’appuyer simplement une fois sur
la touche MFB (1).
Allumage du dispositif: maintenir enfoncée la touche MFB (1)
jusqu’à l’allumage du voyant vert (7), au bout de 3 secondes environ.
Extinction du dispositif: maintenir enfoncée la touche MFB (1)
jusqu’au clignotement du voyant vert (7), au bout de 3 secondes

UTILISATION DE L’ÉCOUTEUR COMME SEUL LECTEUR DE MUSIQUE
MP3
Grâce à sa mémoire interne de 4 Go, FLIPPER peut être utilisé comme
lecteur de musique MP3 sans devoir nécessairement le connecter
au téléphone.
Cette solution est indiquée pour l’utilisation de FLIPPER lors
d’activités pendant lesquelles l’utilisation du téléphone ne serait pas
possible (natation, escalade, etc.).
Pour accéder à la mémoire du dispositif et y charger les morceaux de
musique, brancher FLIPPER au câble USB (8) et brancher ce dernier
au port USB du PC.
FLIPPER prend en charge les formats audio MP3 et WMA.
Passer du mode Bluetooth® au mode MP3 (et inversement):
appuyer deux fois sur la touche MFB (1).

Laden: Das Gerät vor dem Gebrauch mittels des mitgelieferten
USB-Ladekabels (8) laden.
Die rote LED zeigt an, dass der Ladevorgang läuft. Sobald sich
die grüne LED einschaltet, ist der Ladevorgang abgeschlossen.
Anzeige entladener Akku: Eine blinkende rote LED zeigt an, dass
der Akku fast leer ist.
GEBRAUCH MIT DEM TELEFON
Pairing des Headsets mit dem Telefon:
-Sich vergewissern, dass das Gerät ausgeschaltet ist und das
Bluetooth® des Telefons deaktivieren
-Die MFB-Taste (1) ungefähr 3 Sekunden lang drücken, bis die LED
(7) abwechselnd rot und grün blinkt.
-Das Bluetooth® des Telefons aktivieren und FLIPPER anwählen,
sobald das Gerät erfasst wird. Die LED (7) des Geräts blinkt grün
und zeigt damit an, dass das Pairing durchgeführt wurde.
Falls das Pairing nicht erfolgreich durchgeführt werden konnte,
das Gerät ausschalten und den Vorgang wiederholen.
Achtung: Wenn das Gerät oder das Telefon ausgeschaltet wurde
oder sich außerhalb der Reichweite befindet, könnte es notwendig
sein, auf das Menü des Telefons zuzugreifen oder einfach einmal
die MFB-Taste (1) zu drücken, um die beiden Geräte wieder zu
verbinden.
Einschalten des Geräts: Die MFB-Taste (1) drücken und gedrückt
halten, bis sich die grüne LED (7) einschaltet (ca. 3 Sekunden).

GEBRAUCH DES HEADSETS ALLEIN ALS MP3-
MUSIKWIEDERGABEGERÄT
Dank seines internen 4GB-Speichers kann FLIPPER als MP3-
Musikwiedergabegerät verwendet werden, ohne dass es
notwendigerweise mit dem Telefon verbunden werden muss.
Diese Lösung ist für den Gebrauch von FLIPPER bei Aktivitäten, bei
denen das Telefon nicht verwendet werden kann (Schwimmen,
Klettern usw.) angezeigt.
Für den Zugriff auf den Speicher des Geräts und das Laden
von Songs in denselben ist FLIPPER an das USB-Kabel (8)

Carga: cargue el dispositivo antes de utilizarlo mediante el

Esta solución está indicada para usar FLIPPER durante aquellas

musiikkikappaleita, liitä FLIPPER USB-kaapeliin (8) ja kaapeli
vuorostaan tietokoneen USB-pistorasiaan.

Siirtyminen Bluetooth®-tavasta MP3 tapaan (tai päinvastoin):
paina kahdesti näppäintä MFB (1)
Play/Pausa: paina näppäintä MFB (1)
FF: paina näppäintä FF (5) kerran
Rew: paina näppäintä Rew (4) kerran
Kaiuttimen äänenvoimakkuuden säätäminen: paina näppäintä +
tai – (2-3) musiikin kuuntelun aikana.
VAROITUS: laite on suojattu vedeltä sukelluksen aikana 2 metrin
syvyyteen asti ja noin 90 minuutin ajaksi (IPX8 -sertifikaatti).
Käytön jälkeen huuhtele se juoksevan veden alla, kuiva a
koskettimet liinalla ja varastoi sitä kuivassa tilassa.
